Appointment was clear and quick and the dentist was helpful and supportive.

Had a fantastic appointment with Dr Monija, the whole team have been great as well as all those behind the scenes. The WhatsApp comms make it so easy.

My first review appointment was today after 2 weeks wearing my aligners. Dr Momajira was a very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, gave advice and helped with the process.

Firstly, Sabah was very pleasant to talk to.

Secondly, she was efficient in her call: she allowed me time to respond, ensured my needs were met and my questions answered. All while keeping the call short, she didn't waste my time at all.

Lastly, she wasn't trying to sell anything either, rather, she was very professional and made sure the call was a consultation, focusing on needs, and nothing else.

I had an amazing experience with Toothfairy. Everybody was really nice. The consultation was good. My teeth are straight now. I’ve got the results that I wanted.

Quick and helpful advice from Dr. Cosmin. I was able to get a prescription with ease but the questions asked were the right level of thoroughness to identify the issue.

Interview Booked. Joined and did a pre-test run to check everything was working. No one came. No one answered my messages. If this is the level of service at the start, puts me right off.

Great service with fast response, enabled me to understand the issue and create a plan for care with prescription by email.

Had a great experience today. Had my scans done and X-ray. The process was explained to me and I feel reassured.
