Excellent service as always from Hyundai, Southend on Sea. Jamie the service guy was very polite & friendly. The mechanics made a tidy job of carrying out my service.

Sarah made me feel at ease straight away, even before my visit. Sarah was really helpful with booking my appointment and even changed it to an earlier time for me. When I arrived, Sarah made me feel welcome. She had all the information and details ready for me. Sarah was both professional and personable. After the service to my car, Sarah went through the paperwork with me. She then kindly walked me back to my car after checking that I was happy with everything. It was lovely to receive such wonderful customer service.

Had a very pleasant experience at MG Southend today.
When calling to book beforehand, Sarah was extremely helpful and managed to fit me in, in the short time frame I had.
Sarah was again very friendly and welcoming on the day, explaining what would happen and also kept me in the loop throughout the time they had my car of what was happening, how much longer etc.

Sarah was great, from the Service booking phone call, to the appointment itself. She was friendly and engaging, but professional. I received a phone call to confirm the appointment and regular updates while I was waiting for my car to be returned to me. She check in on me regarding my experience at the end too. A lovely lady who is a credit to the company.

Great experience this morning booking in my car for a service, MOT, and reporting my car radio was faulty. This was the speediest and friendliest hand over of paperwork and vehicles I have ever experienced. Sarah was great well done.

Olivia was a very pleasant young lady and welcomed me when I arrived. I was offered a choice of two cars which I found was good, and when my car was ready to be collected I saw the Olivia again which was also really good as she already knew what was happening. Olivia took the time to explain exactly what all the paperwork was, and I left feeling well looked after.

The agent, Ellie, was very efficient. Polite and helpful.
