Olivia was very accommodating and customer service was spot on, what was a lengthy problem, Olivia made it go away, she booked quickly and kept me informed throughout. Just had a body shop repair on a scrape on the door on my Tucson due to be being slightly closer to an iron gate than I thought I was! The service I have had from them has been superb, with a courtesy car delivered and my car collected due to my circumstances at the time. Final finish was perfect, couldn't have been better and the service was courteous and informative at all times.
