Tooltray had the most competitive price for the model of chainsaw I was looking for. The website was easy to use with plenty of information about the model I wanted and links to safety products. The tool was delivered within the time scale specified and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you

Ordered something that they say was no longer available. Fair enough. They volunteered a refund. Fine. So neutral on customer service, as no transaction actually occurred. But to now be sent a survey about my recent purchase rather suggests someone in Tooltray's IT or marketing dept. is a bit dim

The title say's it all really. I was informed by tooltray my full order would take around two to three days for a delivery from their suppliers, and I was to expect delivery two to three days after that.

The courier were excellent and the delivery driver was very polite and off loaded the goods into my premises with no problem.

I only state this to help with providing an even a better service; it would have been nice if Tooltray could have informed me when the courier had picked up from their premises, and for the courier to inform me when to expect delivery. This service would help me organise personnel at my premises.

Spent almost £300 on tools that have not been delivered to me but yet they claim they have been. I've emailed them to request they find out where the tools are or give me a refund but they claim that the tools were delivered to the address provided and signed for however its not my signature. The delivery has been signed for by a random person that I have never heard of and does not live at my address. Despite a dozen or more emails they won't do a thing so I have reported them to trading standards and informed my bank of fraud. DO NOT BOTHER DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.

Just want to say what an excellent job Tooltray.com did for us recently...we needed a very large number of tubes of a certain glue..spoke to Tooltray, who whilst they didn't have in the amount we required ,took no time at all in fulfilling our order..fast service..would definitely use them again!!

Having recently ordered an electric chainsaw, I required some bio chain oil and spare chains. An email was sent to ensure that I ordered the correct items and replied to immediately. Excellent service.

I ordered the items I wanted, but was then disappointed to receive an email saying toolbox were awaiting a delivery and there would be a 3-5 day delay. However I received the items really quickly, if this was delayed then their normal service must be amaing!!

In the past when I purchased a product that was not in stock Tooltray always kept me informed of the progress and made sure that it arrived as fast as possible. However, when it's in stock you get it fast.

My order was delivered next day after ordering on line. This is the second time I have dealt with tooltray.com and found both times the items were the cheapest I could find and very efficient.
