A quick search on the internet for a particular Makita router, and up comes Tooltray.
Price was remarkably good, and though out of stock, it was with us inside a few days. Oh, and they let us know straight away of the stock issue. Good to work with.

Have no problems recommending this seller. The saw and table were very competitively priced. Delivery was prompt - within two days. Well packed excellent service

A straightforward order for some sanding sheets. Unfortunately they were out of stock and Tooltray emailed at once to let me know. The sanding sheets arrived only a few days later and were just what I had ordered. No problem.

Unless it is something very unusual, or something you do not need in a hurry, you are still probably better off going to a shop, at least that way you get on the spot advice.

A day or so after the item arrived , I telephoned to see if you could supply me a Makinta trolly for the Makita mlt 100 bench saw.
Nobody answered the telephone, so I was asked to leave a message to ring me back.
You never responded to this date so I purchased the item from Axminster tools at a very good price and they do answer telephone messages.
After a good start you have now lost a purchase and a customer.

Having ordered 2 Black & Decker Workmates on line, I received an email letting me know that although they were temporarily out of stock, they anticipated that new stock should be with them in 2-3 days.
Imagine my amazement when the next day, 2 Workmates appeared on my doorstep.
Service above and beyond!

Ordered item over weekend, had and email Monday morning to explain out of stock and would send as soon as stock was in. Item delivered 3 days later which is better than you get from most normal delivery times. Would definately recommend tooltray.com and shop with them again.

good service, excellent communication, warned me of a minor delay with my order (which was so minor they could have got away with pretending it was the courier's fault). No-one minds encountering a problem like this with a delivery when it is so clearly communicated.

My company were already buying plotter blades on a regular basis from another source and I had been charged with taking cost out. One quick search on the internet , an order placed with Tooltray, a couple of days waiting for delivery resulting in a 50% saving. Great!

Goods received very fast. Got an email after the order was submitted early Thursday afternoon, apologizing because the number of items I required were more than stock levels, so I anticipated a slight delay in delivery. Despite that, the full delivery arrived the following Monday, excellent service. Would recommend Tooltray.
Wish I could say the same for the courier though, delivered the bulky package to an elderly neighbour by mistake despite the parcel being correctly addressed and labelled by Tooltray.

Made my purchase and item was delivered within a couple of days I was really satisfied with the whole experience even found stock to be very reasonably priced would certainly recommend .

My order got lost then only half of it turned up thought would try another order that has never arrived
