Outstanding customer service!
Very competitively priced products, with very quick delivery. When I experienced an issue with a jig I had purchased, they sent a replacement next day! When I then had the exact same issue with the replacement, they issued a full refund. Cheryl in the customer service team was excellent, replied to emails within an hour and I just felt I had to leave a review to let others know how great this company is. Will definitely be ordering again from them!

Great options for what I wanted and excellent service
I was looking to purchase a makita tool belt/pouch system and was after a belt that could be customisable. Toolstore uk gave me far more options to do this than I could find anywhere else on the Internet. They where competitively priced and the service was excellent. I wish this company a successful future

Very good experience. I visited store first to check the tiles in person then ordered online. I’m still waiting to collect the full order as some tiles were on back order but I’m happy with everything.
