Emailed first thing in the morning and had a very quick response from Emma, requested a stock level of Dwalt 18v Xr battery and was informed I could have free postage or collect in store, the gent on the counter was dealing with another customer and was on hold to a supplier but rather than ignore me he dealt with my order whilst waiting on hold and by the time he had dealt with me the person on the phone answered, two customers at once impressed, then another member of staff brought my items with minutes.
I could not find the item cheaper anywhere in a 50 radius and will certainly will be back when I need parts/tools etc. great experience.
