Good quality product , bright colours , good fit & delivered quickly

This was a big surprise,like some of these clothes places you get cheap clothes and when they arrive the quality is terrible.
But Tokyo Laundry so far different,I have ordered crew neck t shirts and shorts with the belts and the quality is excellent.
The delivery was quick and the price was way within my budget,I have already told my son and daughter to buy from Tokyo Laundry as we have now moved into summer plenty of choices.

So, I have previously purchased 8 or 9 pairs of Tokyo Laundry swimming/beach shorts, I quite liked them and the fit is very comfortable. So when I saw a navy blue pair, in a cargo style, on the rail at TK Max, I bought them, perfect for paddle boarding. On their first excursion, after paddling with friends and family, it was, rather embarrassingly pointed out to me, that the underneath of the shorts was torn wide open!!!
I thought I would let Tokyo Laundry know about my issue, as it looks like a defect in the material of the shorts, rather than the stitching, I sent photos of the damage. I did receive a reply to my email, basically saying they are sorry to hear I have an issue with their product but take it up with TK Max, as I didn’t buy them directly from them. No more than I expected, however I thought they may be a little more interested in the substandard material used in the manufacture of these shorts…. Nope!
In summary, if you purchase any Tokyo Laundry items in other places rather than directly from them, keep your receipt, you are likely to need it.

Straightforward and easy purchase procedure. Terrific delivery and also efficient returns system ( first purchase was wrong size).
