Easy to deal with. The doors are great quality and not too expensive. Delivery is swift and well executed. Definitely recommend.

20/8/26 update. I have been contacted directly to resolve the mislabelling of the sample sent out in a very timely manner and look forward to being able to receiving the right sample in due course. I have changed my initial 1 star to a 3 star review.
4/8/26 - initial review - Sample misrepresentation of Y4500 finish. I ordered and paid for a door finish sample for the ISEO Y4500 door and received a grained timber, stained, rather than the actual veneer that this door is finished with. I had ordered these doors on previous projects (with door samples provided in 2019) and wanted to check. No help from the customer services team - just said the sample is for colour only - not the timber product. Baffling to pay for this

Good quality doors, delivered safely on time. A couple of online chats prior to purchase were helpful and informative too, enabling us to get as close a match as possible to our existing Todd doors.

The whole experience of ordering, delivery and fitting by our carpenter has been trouble free.
The delivery men, two separate orders, were excellent, polite and helpful. The doors look very high end, we chose the oak and the white. They finish the house beautifully.

The fire door was excellent. But the Company needs to improve their delivery system. I purchased a Fire Door costing £486 including delivery charge. But the Company could only deliver to the ground floor with their one man delivery person. I had to engage a separate person for £80 to wait around for the delivery to come in order to carry the door through the lift up to my flat. The Company should consider providing a 2 man delivery option direct to the customer's room of choice. This facility is given by many furniture retailers. If necessary, the Company may charge extra for this service.

Surprisingly, disappointed with Todd Doors.
Went with this company as we got a really good feeling from them when we visited the show room. Lovely helpful people, particularly Hannah, who appeared to be very competent at her job so we ordered a front door, frame, seal, weatherboard, lock and letterbox through John.
Finding a carpenter to fit a door is harder than you would think but Todd recommended one and eventually all was ready to go.
The day before the door was due to be delivered and the carpenter was then collecting it from us to fit the furniture, I received a call from Twickenham saying that the wrong lock had been sent, a chrome one instead of a satin chrome one. Did I want to change my letterbox to match the lock?
After many calls and emails between myself and the carpenter he solved the problem by offering to provide a different lock which would be satin chrome for the door. After a number of calls with Todd’s I received a refund. Hannah called to apologise, even though this wasn’t her fault. The refund should have been given immediately though.
The door was then successfully delivered. After the carpenter had collected the door from my house he called me to say that Todd doors had delivered the wrong size door!! Thankfully, he had taken it upon himself to liaise with Todd to get the correct sized door delivered later in the week.
I was away for work and trying to negotiate all of this whilst working was not simple. The door could not be delivered to him, (this would mess up their system!!) only to me.
This meant that the carpenters work schedule was completely messed up as work could not begin until I returned. All went well with the fitting and the door looks great. You may be thinking that this is the end of the front door saga but oh no…Todd had one more trick up its sleeve.
Todd refunded the price of the door (don’t ask me why?!!!) to my bank account. They then emailed me (no calls at all, they say they tried but I have no record of this in my phone) to say that they were sorry about this and offered a £100 discount but please could I send them the money for the door!

Excellent range of doors which should suit everyone. Prices are excellent, I saved £300 for 2 doors compared to a major retailer that our builder suggested. Well packaged / protected glass doors delivered within 48 hours, same time period as our builder supplier!
