Don't go there if you're international, don't go there if you're Danish. It took them two months to move me there from another a-kasse, with a lot of mistakes from their site, accidentally singing me out from dagpenge, giving false information or not informing about mandatory documentation. They are incompetent and will call you twice for the same meeting. Some employees refuse to speak tiniest English when you have problems with danish. Their documentation is one big mess and you have to fix mistakes they made all the time.

TL staff are continuously making mistakes in invoicing and membership status and not fixing ongoing issues.

My issue was solved, but it took for TL almost to three months to get all data together which they already had.
