I visited TK MAXX at Market Street.
Manchester M1 1WR. on Sunday the
4th October 2026. I purchased some
Gold Label Clothing. The employee
at that section, treated Customers
in a harassing unprofessional manner.

The customer service member Emma was friendly, helpful and efficient in handling the issue. She was very clear in the actions she was going to take to resolve my query and how I would be updated with the outcome. After the call I was updated with the outcome within 10 minutes. Excellent experience!

Both lifts out of service in the Sheffield St James store today. Not only inconvenient but discriminating against those with mobility issues who can’t access top floor. Why are both lifts out of service? The store should be closed.

I had ordered a great ralph lauren wallet as treat for myself two weeks ago now.

I was informed via email it was marked as delivered, once i returned from work i came to find my parcel wedged in the doorflap and upon opening the parcel I found nothing other than the invoice.

I have been back and forth with tkmaxx customer service countless times now only to be told to wait for an investigation, now I have been emailed saying that i should take this up with my payment provider!!

I am extremely frustrated as i shop at tkmaxx in person regularly and this is how my first online order has turned out,

Not to mention they haven’t even explained how my parcel got to me with nothing in it other than the invoice!!!

Stay far away if you value your funds, will not be shopping with them again.

When my order arrived the package was empty. Just tissue paper and brown paper. Contacted customer service and was told I had received the package so they couldnt do anything. This is not good enough I just want what I had payed for.

Issue quickly resolved, customer service was available on the phone, quickly got to the heart of the matter, and after submitting evidence, resolved it the next day.

Great customer service both online and in person. I love visiting my local store as the staff are always helpful and there's always a good selection of things to shop for. When raising an issue online it was dealt with promptly and politely. Much appreciated!

I had an issue with my order, which had not arrived as anticipated. After contacting Customer Service and leaving them a message, they turned this around for me the following day. I received an apology and confirmation that the order had now been delivered and was ready for me to collect.

Credit where credit is due. TK Maxx had a duvet set for sale, described as 100% cotton, lovely photo of fresh clear pattern. I paid for next day delivery, didn't arrive until 2 days after. When it came it turned out to be brushed flannelette cotton and the pattern was very out of focus. Such a shame as I loved it! Anyhow, I arranged collection from my address at cost of £3.00. Courier/Royal mail never came to pick up when arranged. I ended up driving 40 miles each way to the nearest store and they refunded the cost of the item but not the extra postage. Told me to call customer services. I did today, straight through and answered within 3 rings in a UK call centre. The lady was very friendly, helpful and not only refunded my postage but sent me a £15 gift voucher to my email too! Very kind and much appreciated. I've shopped in TK Maxx forever and love it. First time I've had any issues and I have to say the outcome was top class. Other companies take note. That's the way to do it!! Thank you :-D

The problem was all my fault but both the shop staff (Kai) and Nathan from customer service went above and beyond to sort it all out. Thank you both

I believe TKMaxx went to the zoo and enlisted some gorillas to use as delivery drivers/warehouse staff. I ordered the same bin twice for click and collect. Both times they were massively dented, like they'd been kicked and chucked about. Do not use click and collect service!! Your item WILL be damaged. The only reason for the star is because the store staff were happy to unpack the box in store the second time to check it before we left the store. It was dented to hell.
