Great selection and customer service.

It's been 10+ days since I made my purchase on Titus, and my order still hasn't shown up... It could just be the delivery service's fault, but still.

I order some clothing form the Netherlands and all items has been delivered. Not only fast, but also nicely wrapped.
I would definitely order again.

I ordered a skateboard at a titus store. and I made a payment via transfer. and I saw for myself the bank clerk saw their computer to me the payment was successful. and screen shots. I have sent my money transfer. to titus email. but until now the orders I didn't they send their word I haven't paid it is clear proof of my money transfer I have sent to the email titus. but they still lied to me. told me to go back and forth to the bank and they told me to transfer the money again if I wanted to. my order was sent right. . even though I saved my money for a long time to buy a skateboard. and they lied to me until now they did not send my goods

I ordered shoes for skateboarding. Shoe got damaged within 30 minutes of using it. Sended them back and got a new replacement pair with outstanding customer service and quick transfering.

I used titus for the first time a few weeks ago,i ordered a pair of shorts and t shirts from them, the order arrived promptly from Germany to the UK in a few days.
The shorts had to be returned as i needed a larger size but after contacting their customer service everything regarding the returns process was explained well to me and the return process was free.
I emailed their customer service a few times and found them excellent and very quick to respond.
I would definatly purchase items from titus again and have to compliment their customer service.

Beware! £25 delivery on 2 pairs of shoelaces order value £4.00 Delivery charge is extortion!

Titus Skate shop.

I was very confused, as a mum, trying to order skateboard equipment for my two boys. I wrote an email to Titius to get help. Not only did the reply come through the next day. It was an over and beyond email, with lots of suggestions which helped me tremendously. I just placed an order with Titus Skate shop.

VERY impressed with their service so far.

I ordered a huf beanie on titus shop and they sent me the wrong one, i retoured that beanie and asked for the right one and after a few weeks i got my beanie and it was again in the wrong color, i was really mad about that because they made the same fault twice, the the customer service helped me out and they sended me a new one.

They made a fault but they made it all good again, it's good website, very good customer service and if you want to buy a product from this website, then go ahead and have fun with shopping :)

This shop is just great! Fast and helpful customer service, fast shipping and just all around a great store. Will shop there again and would recommend to a friend! :)

I was looking for a specific Element deck that wasn't so easy to find in Europe in that size. Finally I found it on the Titus site so I placed my order. The next day I got contacted by customer support because the item I ordered was unavailable unfortunately. They offered me all the possible options: money back, voucher or get another item. I went for a cheaper DGK deck so I let them know by email. They sent the DGK deck out the same day and got the difference back on my bank account. This was an exceptional situation that was handled very quickly and politely by the Titus customer service. I give them 5 stars easily for the handling of my order.

A very good skate-shop with a huge of high quality products.
The prices are correct, the shipment is very fast and the parcels are well done and strong.
The Customers phone service is efficient and they speak French !

I would recommend Titus to the skateboarders who want the best products and services ! (at the good price ;)

Bad shopping experience
First purchase :
After giving my card number, stuffs still in my shopping cart, do the purchase twice, got one bill in French, one in english with a command number different >> long time (not instantaneously) after the purchase click.
Second purchase :
As I made two successive purchases, thought the second one was done but no... had little time to check everything (just glanced at the titles of mails and had the two previously mentionned confirmations but for the first purchase) ...
Realised yesterday that the gift i want to make to my friend is not complete... Stuff of the second purchase still in the bucket? ggrrrr

Everything was very very good: Service, delivery and the Board ! Our son is very happy !!!

Huge selection of products and in my opinion best customer service I have ever experienced! They work quick and efficient! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
