I ordered a board from them to the UK but the customs charge turned out to be way higher than I was originally quoted (by a 3rd party service). I contacted Titus to ask if it was okay for the package to be returned and they said it was fine and they will issue a refund as soon as it arrives.
Fantastic customer service and very friendly and forgiving.

Ordered online, no mail order confirmation, payment in process.
Contacted support answer : We don´t take any money until we ship the order. What we make is a reservation on the credit card. As the order hasn´t gone through, the money will be liberated back to your credit card. Depending on which bank institute you have, this operation can take some time. I am sorry. It will eventually be liberated, but as I said, it depends on the bank instute. We have no influence over it.
When my order didn't go through, my money has to be returned and not eventually.
No promotion, just some fake excuses : I can see on the system that you have had issues with your credit card some other days. Unfortunately there is no problem at our end. Therefore, we can´t offer you any furhter discount. We are very sorry.
If there is no problem at your end, why i didn't get my order confirmation ? Because there is a problem at your end ... otherwise my order would have been confirmed and i wouldn't be wasting my time writing this review for this ***** service Titus-shop has.

Quick delivery, good packaging (with a discount voucher inside TY) and surely a very good customer service. Anyways I clearly recommend Titus, was a good first experience :)

Ordrered a hoodie and received the wrong size. Included in the parcel was a letter saying free returns from Norway. After chatting to customer support I was told that there is no free returns from Norway after all, although the letter said so. No apologies or suggestions to help out. I asked for a return form twice and havent heard from them in 7 days.
So here I am stuck with the product that doesnt fit. What a mess.

Good prices, responsive, fast shipping.
Maybe packaging could better because it broke and custom officers had to repack it, delivery was delayed by 3 days

Really great customer service when faced with extortionate customs charges when ordering a jacket to the UK.
Assured me I could not pay them and get full refund once jacket returned to them, could pay it and if it didn’t fit could get refund, and also offered to refund me the Germans customs on their end when I did pay them to have my jacket released from customs.
With this great service and refunding me half the customs, the jacket still cost less with them than it would elsewhere.
Really pleased and would recommend to anyone. Particularly with Miguel in customer services, who was super responsive throughout and so helpful 😊

Then, I had to contact support. First, I got in touch using Skype chat, which was very fast and convenient. (FYI: They also offer contact via WhatsApp)
And then I had to write an email and I got one of the fastest and nicest replies ever.
Very uncomplicated, solution-oriented and overall very friendly.

Worst experience ever.
So the tracking say my order was delivered, while actually it was not. I write to the DHL support and they say that the shop used the same tracking number for two different shipments for two different customers.
Then i write to the titus support and they are like "sorry we messed up the tracking number but everything is fine, DHL is delivering both packages and you'll be fine".
Then after another week of waiting i write to their support once again. And guess what they tell me? "We just checked your order tracking, it says the package was delivered". And that's it, turns out i pay not for a product but for the fact that dhl tracking saying that the product has been delivered.
Edit: I finally got my order after some number of emails to support. Still, although the issue was resolved, it was such an unpleasant adventure. It seems like the support only became 'supportive' after this bad review was left. But maybe it's just a coincidence. I mean, if you mess something up, you should be like "we're going to make sure everything goes well" and not like "yeah, we did a bad job but now YOU wait and then YOU send us messages and ask us to try to fix the mess we made"

Worst customer support and a hell of mistakes in order process and send back.
Edit: I ordered a blue Griptape which came in black with a Cap punshed into the small package with the griptape, so the Cap is damaged and crunshed into oblivion. I called customer support and they said they dont have a blue griptape and I should send the 2 items back. Now what your genius company did was, sent another black griptape despite Email communication. Now even worse you give the customer the blame... I JUST CANT STRESS ENOUGH TO NOT ORDER AT YOUR COMPANY.

One time I ordered some decks and independent bolts, when the package came it was a little beaten up. But I can't blame Titus for how their packages are treated. I was however little bit mad because there weren't any bolts in the package I waited 1-2 weeks and they forgot my bolts. I filed a report somewhere on the Titus website but didn't receive any affirmative that its received or getting resolved.
Sorry Titus, but this experience discurrages me to order anything from your website anymore.
