Wonderful experience on the MV Morena…
Wonderful experience on the MV Morena recently. From start to finish we were looked after in every way by Titan.The ship’s Captain ran a very tight organisation and the 6 crew worked hard to give us the best experience they could. on a beautiful vessel. Food, prepared by an excellent chef and his mate, was presented with imagination and care. The crew were constantly acknowledging us on board and obviously enjoying each others company- a happy crew. The Captain was able to act our requests enabling 3 swims off the boat and demonstrating the way the sails could be raised in perfect conditions. His manoeuvring of the ship demonstrated high skills, in total safety. Our tour manager just completed a wonderful trip. He is knowledgeable, creative, enthusiastic and fun. Two passengers celebrated a milestone anniversary, and 2 others birthdays, these were organised by him with the captain making a wonderful evening for all on board. Altogether this was one of the best holidays I’ve had in the years I’ve travelled widely. Thank you to all involved on this lovey vessel.

Jane cats has written her reply, however as her partner on this holiday, I would like to comment further.
Jay and Richard were outstanding in the way they made the holiday experience enjoyable, but, and there is a but, the last hotel, The New Yorker, was disgraceful, in there rooms, there manor, etc, of which I have photos, this hotel has had extremely poor reviews for many years, of which you can see on the internet, we were going to stay there 2 years ago but because of reviews we changed our minds and stayed at the Hyatt, Grand Central.
As an observation, maybe it would be advisable to research your hotels before booking, it turned a really good holiday sour, and at the prices your charging, I would of expected a higher standard, and to that end it would make me think twice about using Titan again.
You asked for an honest review, you have one.

Excellent holiday and places to visit , Jay the tour Guide was fantastic, amazing and so knowledgeable we couldn’t have asked for anyone better also Richard the coach driver was amazing too..
I Most definitely will be booking up to jays tours again.
I hope titan changes the New Yorker hotel as this hotel was the worst..
Rude staff also the management.. I had to change my room as it was disgusting.
My suitcase and clothes got ruined with water in the hotel suitcase storage room.. no compensation or help offered at all.

Great holiday helpful team
We went for the first time on an escorted tour. Our tour manager Jay made the experience simple and straightforward. He kept us updated and was so knowledgeable about the areas we visited. Jay also went the extra mile by making sure the group went to the best places for evening off. Making sure if you wanted to join in there was no pressure just making us feel welcome to his nights off. Richard our driver was very courteous and even ensured we had a better view of the White House as it was cover for the WWF event so made sure we got a view from the back. He also ensured our cases were where we needed them and collected them from our rooms no issue. They worked well as a team and made our holiday unforgettable. Our only issue during the holiday was out of their control. The New Yorker hotel. This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. We found it had no in room facilities. No fridge. No coffee making facilities. No water The rooms were small and the carpets were wearing into holes. A very tiered hotel Titan need to review sending guests here.

Carolina's in southern USA is a bucket list " must do"
We recently completed the Southern Sights & Sounds tour with Titan starting in Atlanta Georgia in USA.
The tour itinerary was great & visited all the " must do" locations with Graceland being an absolute highlight.
Our tour guide Daniel Rogerson was brilliant as we had previously been on 5 coach tours with other companies but Daniel is the best tour guide of them all.
Daniel has that perfect blend of informative with local history updates but also a great personality with a sense of humour showing he really cared for the enjoyment of his coach passengers...well done Daniel !!

Annette was very friendly and helpful. Taking us step by step through the booking process, explaining the holiday in all respects, checking the facilities at the 3 hotels etc. She ensured that our special requests were documented and explained what we needed to do as the departure date approached.

The Titan trip on the MV Amorena was wonderful from start to finish. It was well organised, with a caring and well informed tour manager and the crew were efficient and fun. I would highly recommend this trip. Before and after the holiday everyone was extremely helpful.

Superb tour manager Colin who helped enormously when I injured my leg. He always checked I was managing and offered to help many times.
The itinerary was fabulous and We would recommend this tour to anyone. Just be aware there is a lot of walking.

Stunning Slovenia
I have just returned from Stunning Slovenia , and it was! We had a mixed bag of weather from cold with torrential rain to very warm 30🥵. All of the hotels were very good . The meals were buffet style with lots of choice to suit everyone. The included tours were very enjoyable as were the journeys between the hotels. I pre booked the three optional excursions. Unfortunately I had to leave the one in Maribor in the morning and seek shelter as the rain was torrential and I discovered that my waterproof jacket wasn’t waterproof😱😱, however the wine tasting later was very enjoyable. Bled and Bohinj were seen in glorious sunshine. The Postojna Caves were amazing ( jacket required as very chilly underground) and Trieste was lovely. The tour was greatly enhanced by our tour manager Mitja. Every day he told us about different aspects of Slovenia . He was a mine of information and was always smiling . It was very obvious that he loved his country and wanted to share his knowledge to give us the best experience, which he did. This was my 20th holiday with Titan and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment , even when it rained the scenery in Slovenia was beautiful. Looking forward to holiday 21 next year !!!

Beautiful Andalucia.
We love the chauffeur service door to airport and back. The Spirit of Andalucia tour was first class. A great variety of places to go and things to do. We visited Granada and the Alhambra, Cordoba and the Cathedral/Mezquit and Medina Azahara archaeological site, Seville cathedral and royal Alcázar and as an extra a boat tour. Then on to Jerez where we visited the Royal Andalusian equestrian school, again an extra suggested by our tour manager and then on to some sherry tasting and tapas. The next day was a trip to Ronda which was spectacular and a tour round the town including the stunning views, gardens, bull ring and the gorge and old town, then onto one of the white villages that had spectacular houses built into the overhanging rock/ gorge. All visits were accompanied by an expert local guide which was very interesting and informative. Our tour manager was first class and really did make the holiday for us. Some of the mornings can be quite early as you are travelling on to your next destination and hotel and could be tiring but was well worth it to include all the places we visited. There was an optional visit to see some Flamenco but we did not go as it was at 9:30 pm and we had an early morning start the next day. All in, an excellent tour made all the more enjoyable by our tour guide and people on the tour.
