No accountability at the warehouse
After spending thousands of dollars for dozens of pieces with Time Piece International, at this point, because NOTHING in their business process has changed to prevent this problem from reoccuring, a 1-star review rating is appropriate.
The warehouse pickers/packers do not put the jewelry in boxes, as is indicated in the marketing collatoral. REPEATEDLY pendant necklaces (sent in bags only) are so badly knotted, they must be returned for replacement, only for the replacement to also be in a bag, and badly knotted too. Arthritic fingers can only unknot to a certain extent. If this outcome were the exception, there would be no complaint - mistakes happen (I "get" it). But this situation happens almost 75% of the time with my multi-piece orders.
Also, the purchases are intended as gifts. Boxes are listed as part of the sale. Yes, it happens TPI may run out of box inventory from time to time, but when the customer clearly writes on the return documentation requesting the boxes, which are then NOT sent a second time, again a single star rating is appropriate.
My time is valuable. I've asked multiple times, politely, of the customer service representatives (who predictably profusely apologize-which IRRITATES me even more [don't apologize, FIX THE PROBLEM!]) that a responsible and accountable representative follow up with the warehouse business process owner to effect change to prevent these two very irritating problems from reoccuring, but nothing happens. Then I must print another label, package and tape, then drive to the post office to mail.
The customer experience is derogatory and the TPI KPI for profitability takes yet another hit with every event like this that occurs. Who pays for this? Every customer with higher selling prices!
People / Process / Technology - the goal is typically to enhance and refine the customer experience through customer feedback, but TPI, it seems, could care less about repeated failures - proof of very poor management.
Therefore, TPI, you EARNED this lousy rating due to lack of accountability as is shown by more than a year of doing nothing to correct your processes.
