Still waiting for my refund

Still waiting for my refund. Every email I receive states the same, "WE ARE STILL INVESTIGATING..." I hope nobody else buys their knockoff, counterfeit watches. Nothing but problems, and their phone number listed doesn't work wither.

I am conflicted about TIMEPIECE

I am conflicted about TIMEPIECE. The delivery process took longer than anticipated, but the watch itself is good and seems sturdy. Eventually, although slowly, customer service assisted. If you're not in a rush, it's a good choice.

The Watch is substantially different…

The Watch is substantially different from the online pictures. It’s a dull dark blue almost a grey. Online it’s bright blue. Not close to the real product. I won’t ever buy again

Potential buyers should think twice before ordering from TIMEPIECE. The brand’s reviews look highly questionable, with many appearing copied, exaggerated, and unnaturally positive clear signs of possible fake or paid reviews. Most feedback lacks verified purchase tags, real photos, or credible customer details.

I strongly advise against buying from…

I strongly advise against buying from this company.On November 11, 2025, I purchased a Diesel men's watch for over CAD $350, but on November 26, 2025, I received a Michael Kors women's watch worth less than CAD $100.After reporting the wrong shipment on November 27, I was told that my original purchase had been sent and that I should receive it within the next few hours. I repeatedly asked for a valid tracking number, which I never received.On December 10, I filed a complaint with my credit card company, only to be told on December 13, 2025, that my watch had supposedly arrived on December 5 with a tracking number indicating the package was delivered… but I never received it.They apologized and claimed the watch was at a neighbor’s house, even though I have a P.O. box.Do not buy from this company if you don’t want to lose your money.

I ordered this watch over two months…

I ordered this watch over two months ago. Still have not received it. When I wrote to complain they sent me a fedex tracking number and said it had been delivered. When I opened that tracking number with FedEx, the last update was “label created“ which means the watch never left their facility! I’m still waiting.

A month and a half later are you…

A month and a half later are you kidding me? The watch is fine but the band is very cheap looking and lite weight. Not sure of authenticity as the serial number is not matching up. Oh well live and learn.

Where Is My Watch?

Purchased a watch on 10/31 and as of today 11/12, Fed Ex doesn't have my package or any updates. I'm starting to get worried!
11/14 Edit- Wrote customer service with NO response in two days. Still no tracking! Time to cancel credit card payment!

total incompetence

Shop-Timepiece had me tracking the wrong package with the wrong courier service. Once that was settled, they have eMile for a courier service-which was a disaster. Inaccurate tracking updates, failed attempts because they thought my residence was a business. Impossible customer service, cookie-cutter responses. NEVER AGAIN.
