Adam never fixed the problem. Not a very good company not interested in customers problems. I've had quite a few problems going back to their old cameras. Can't be bothered with their poor customer service. Too much hassle.

I am very happy with the Olivia 2 which I purchased a few weeks ago. The set up was straightforward although I did have a slight issue ( which was entirely my fault). However, Adam was at the end of the phone and it was sorted professionally and promptly. Full marks to the ‘after sales service’. I was so impressed that I have ordered one for my son. I would highly recommend.

Cannot fault them as they provide great products and great customer service, which is really important to me when as an after sales support.

Excellent customer service always ready to help.

Customer service advisor Adam a month ago promised to fix the issue with new camera which we received. Camera is still defective. Company don't respect their customers. They replaced one defective camera with another defective camera. Now they don't want to take it back. Don't trust. Avoid. Worst experience ever.

Get tinitus setting it up.
Poor quality camera stopped recording after 18 months.
Poor quality Customer service unwilling to rectify.
Even worse app that does not allow export of saved clips

Great product and even better support. Does everything it says on the tin. Easy to set up and works on both wi-fi or cable. Superb build quality and functionality is better than much more expensive products. Back up was great.

I have had my camera for 2 years. On set up I needed help and the support team guided me through. This week (2 years since owning product) I needed help again. Couple of emails between myself and the support team and to all sorted. They were very patient, explained what to do simply and included links to help me to.

Highly recommend a product from them. Thank you

Bought 2 oscar 2 cameras for back and front of my house, cant reccomend these highly enough, picture is amazing day and night, put memory cards in them and can even playback, had 1 slight issue with 1cam but the aftercare is 2nd to none and the problem was promptly sorted, 5 stars 👍

I couldn't log onto my camera but customer service sorted it out straight away

Excellent e mailed them they got straight back to me explaining my problem and I sorted it with in minutes have camera's a few years still working great and got at a great price keep up the good work guys would recommend to any one

Great product, we have chosen the Olivia 2 for family members in China to use and check in on their grandchild in the UK. Happy with the product, I have told family and friends. In fact, one friend will use it to show just how much her teenage boys eat from the cupboards and fridge.

Tried another pair of cameras before these which were crap, these were slightly cheaper and far simpler to set up.Definitely recommend these cameras and a very useful app.

I purchased the Olivia 2 for my daughters bedroom as I wanted something a little more than the usual baby camera now that she is on the move in a bed rather than a cot.
The camera is amazing, it’s great that we can access from wherever we are by using our phone and the support from Adam at Time2 has been excellent on both occasions that I have had a query on the product.
I would definitely recommend!

Excellent service and the customer support is second to none

Excellent Wi-fi outdoor security camera. Excellent value for money and service. Great quality images even at night. For the money you can’t go wrong.
So impressed I bought another Oscar 2 camera.

Brilliant service, sent an email with my problem and they emailed back the next day with a solution that worked. Top class.
