Thank you time2 for easy ordering and well detailed but the contact support Nazia was very helpful and very quick replied thank you (have not got camera yet so will be back )

I purchased an IP camera from time2 , I had a number of pre-sales question regarding the IR LED operation they quickly answered. Unfortunately I was unable to integrate its operation with my current security system.
time 2 offered to refund the the full amount , free return postage. I would highly recommend them and would be delighted to buy from them in the future

The customer service at time2technology is amazing. I am a bit rubbish at technology and my husband and I could not solve a set up problem so I rang time2 for help. Nazia answered straight away and patiently walked me through the process. I couldn't be more impressed nor thankful! Worth going to time2 for that alone for all you people who dread setting stuff up - thank you! Cheers Clare

I’ve been buying different cameras, bulbs, Tibet’s etc and this is one of the best products on the market. It us easy to install not rocket science . The staff Adam and Nazis are brilliantly helpful . I’ve gone blind and they patiently walked me through all the way.

I will be buying more Timers and Bulbs it is absolutely brilliant to be able to control ftom your phone. Thank you for a wonderful service and product .

Have another outside camera so I am using another Oscar3 I had trouble initiating this but Nazia, customer services, was very patient with me and led me through the set up of my Oscar 3 ( apparently I had been omitting a step which I hadn’t realised) All sorted now thank you. Would recommend Time2 Technology for all your camera needs great back up too.

Nazia was fast and friendly with fixing my issues, Highly recommend using these.

I was having trouble re-setting a couple of old cameras. I rang T2 support team, who answered the call in seconds. I spoke to Nazia! She was absolutely brilliant. I was actually stressed and wasnt holding out much hope for the steps i was advised to take, as I had already done some of them quite a few times, to no avail:(

Please bear in mind my Outdoor Bullet cameras are old school, compared to what T2 now have in store, so the support for these old things was almost non existent!

I did exactly what was advised after this call. Not only did I end up with a better and faster broadband speed from my current provider but the re-setting of the new router that I had since the cameras had been turned off, solved the entire problem!

So Id like to say ‘thank you, Nazia’.

I purchased a Bella Smart doorbell and so far it has been really good. The picture is very clear and night vision is great too. I dont have it hardwired so I have to charge it but thats fine as the first time I charged it that has lasted for around 7 weeks and this is on high sensitive movement detection of more than 20 a day. Overall a great product, easy to set up and so far no issues at all. I purchased a SD card separately so all image/recordings are stored on there.

Nazia was excellent, got straight to the problems, sorted them out, within a short period I was up and working👍🏼.

I have been very pleased with the Sophia 2 elderly monitoring camera which has given me reassurance while caring for my mother. When I had an after sales query my concern was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the Time 2 customer service team.

Have had a Time 2 camera for about 5 years as the new cameras have been updated thought time for a change so I picked Oscar 3 this camera is far superior to my last camera the live image is superb covers more area 2 way sound like the Ring camera also the playback is superb as well rate the Oscar 3 10/10 additionally I am very pleased with the customer support team again 10/10 thank you Time 2
