Waste of time
Does good work if you can ever get him to come over and dedicate his time to you. Two months on, I'm still waiting on return of our house key, a detailed invoice (apparently can't be emailed over either) and proof of postage (since our key was 'in the mail' 6 weeks ago).
Honestly, don't waste your time and go with a reputable person that is listed on site that allow for user feedback.

It’s very sad that after everything I did for you to get into your new home on time and gave you many hundreds of pounds in trade discount on tiles you feel the need to be a petty little immature man .
The truth if you reviewers are reading this is that I jumped through hoops for this guy spent hours running around for him for no financial gain only to turn up and find that his new floors had issues that needed to be resolved with his builder before I could start thus pushing the job back.
HIS KEYS WERE RETURNED BY HAND !!
This guy is a keyboard warrior who just leaves negative reviews for anyone…. Very sad.
