I bought a carpet and underlay from this company,the price for the carpet was excellent as I got real quality carpet for nearly half price,the carpet is luxury and feels soft and comfortable underfoot with great colour,the underlay was also of good quality and I am really happy with my purchase and will be buying from this company again,the carpet was delivered for free too

Did previous business with carpets online and was second to none service fast efficient and they made that I was happy.

Went back and once again the same top nod service.

Needed a fast delivery and Amy was amazing at helping us with the order. Arrived within 3 days and we were able get it arrange for our fitter to install it before the weekend. No hesitation is using them again.

Very good customer service just ordered some Vinyl from carpets online. They were very helpful as we were trying to match a vinyl that we needed more of. Carpets online made sure we had the correct one before purchasing it . Lots of communication and easy to contact online and also through the telephone

Excellent service, speedy delivery and a carpet that exceeded all expectations. Ordered at a weekend and got phone call beginning of the next week advising I could get an upgrade of same carpet ordered at no extra cost. January promotion which I wouldn’t have been aware of without the courtesy call. Was advised carpet would be delivered following week and carriers involved was explained. I received the carpet today and I’m absolutely delighted with it. Given I am in the Highlands the service was second to none. Will certainly use this company again.

I ordered a small piece of carpeting on Monday afternoon. I had spoken to Paul on the phone earlier in connection to my order and he was very helpful.
I received an email on Tuesday to say it had been despatched with DX Couriers for delivery on Wednesday between 08.00 and 18.00 hours, which was very fast.
It was delivered this morning just after 9.00 a.m. , however the courier did not use my door knocker to alert me they were at my front door.

I found the carpet by my front door about 10.00 am and had to drag indoors just as it started to rain ( I am quite elderly)

Why do the couriers damage the reputation of businesses by poor services

Our experience with Carpet Online has been good. The customer service was 10/10, helping us with measurements, sending samples, and guiding us in choosing the right carpet. Although there was a slight delivery delay, it was handled promptly and professionally. We are extremely happy with our carpet, it feels wonderfully luxurious. I would highly recommend this company and use them again.

Service from start to finish was first class, quality products, so much choice. Lots of advice to help with our decisions.
Fitters were professional always on time and tidy.
