We made a mistake with our order, not enough tiles. We were under sever time constraints but the staff went out of their way to sort things out for us and got the tiles to us quickly.

Having read the reviews I was a little worried about ordering. However, they were the only retailer to offer the tiles I wanted. On the day delivery was due the tiles never arrived, so I rang the office the following morning and a very helpful lady chased down my order and rang me back straight away to let me know they were on their way. Unfortunately I wasn't going to be home. The website clearly states that tiles are to be inspected upon delivery, but I was assured that if there were any broken tiles there would be no issue getting replacements, and a note was made that I would not be in to take delivery. Thankfully I found the order left for me where I'd asked. The tiles are beautiful, no breakages. So, ok, a wee delivery issue, but it was resolved. Customer service was easy to reach and very helpful. I don't leave many reviews, but given this retailer seems to get some bad ones, I thought I'd add a positive one.

I placed an order with free quick delivery
And not stage did it suggest this was for certain areas.
Upon placing, someone messaged me stating it would be 10 days for delivery because of where I live. I live in scotland and not the highlands and not somewhere hard to get to.
Had to get a refund, which in fairness, went through quicker than expected however, when I asked several times why it wasn't stated certain places take longer to arrive, they completely ignored that part of my email.

Lovely tiles, quick delivery

Unfortunately there were a number of chipped tiles across an order of 10 boxes of Parker tiles. I asked for a replacement box and they said that because I was past the 2 day period to make them aware of defects, they wouldn’t give me anything. I then emailed indicating that I had statutory rights for a refund/replacement under the consumer rights act, but I received no response. Shocking customer service.

My experience was positive. The tiles were delivered to the kerb. (Guy wasn’t so keen but he did eventually)
Absolutely gorgeous tiles. Good quality and I’m so happy with them.
All the samples I received to help me decide what I wanted.

Order more than you need, because you might get a bad batch.

I placed an order with Tiles360 and was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I received no correspondence confirming a delivery window - no email, no tracking information, nothing. I had to chase them to find out when my order might arrive.

When I contacted customer service, there was no accountability at all. The same woman who answers the phone also responds to the online chat, which gives the impression of a very basic, understaffed operation with no proper customer support system in place. Every response felt dismissive, and no one took ownership of the issue.

After checking other reviews on Trustpilot, it’s clear this is not an isolated experience - many customers report the same poor communication and lack of responsibility. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Avoid this company.

Lots wrong here. Tiles.360 are not the size advertised - ours were, 59*59cm when advertised as 60*60.
Many in the pack were chipped and then I had 2 teams of workers have problems with cutting the tiles after reporting this back Tiles360 said no-one else had reported this... The mass amount of reviews don't lie....

The experts also said the porcelain later was so thin on top no wonder they chipped so easily.

I got quite a few different samples sent out prior to purchase, and those too were all delivered really quickly and in nice robust cardboard packaging.
I'm quite agressive in my testing of tiles so as to establish long term reliability before large buys,,all my samples passed well to scratching and knocking etc so made my decision a bit more difficult.

For those whom it might matter to, I noticed that most of my samples were "made in spain"

Would I ? yes, I'd have no hesitation buying from tiles360 again..

You won't be surprised to see another disappointed customer.

Tiles360 lie. Their tiles are not the size that is stated on their website.

When I reached out to customer service regarding the matter, they admitted listing products with incorrect specs.

Untrustworthy.

They have been reported to multiple governing bodies after failing to address this issue.

Was not even delivered - very poor customer service, impolite.

Please improve your aftercare customer service - ordered items by mistake and won’t take back - please stay clear of this company.

I ordered the incorrect colour grout. I ordered 2 large pots in error, within a couple of days I contacted them to return them as they were unopened. They refused. Stay away from this company

Dont bother ordering!

If you need to return any unused sealed boxes you cant, there isn't anywhere on the website that states this, when you contact customer service they say only the whole order can be returned, stupid policy!

Excellent delivery of tiles .. I asked for them to be delivered on Tuesday, Tuesday came and so did the tiles !

Consider carefully before ordering - Ordered over a week in advance and was told on chosen day of delivery that they would be delayed four days and that was after a £30 delivery charge. Another tile company delivered at 9:30 on agreed day. Tiler was booked for 13/14 will now have to have tiler back to finish this smaller job, more expense more delay - poor

Brilliant service. Would definitely use again.
