Unfortunate that you dont take returns. I ordered extra and the tiler had alreasy added spare so we have a couple of boxes left and the money back would have been really helpful.

My construction group have used tile…
My construction group have used tile mountain for almost 10 years now and they nearly lost me as a customer due to the advice i was given from one of their representatives in store over a mistake they made. I then spoke with a lady called Kaz who completely turned the situation around and done everything she could and made it right. I understand this order was not a lot of money and there are policies in place but humility also must be in place and that is what Kaz showed. Thank you and great job Kaz
