Macclesfield Store.

I went in today and couldn’t have found the staff anymore helpful. They were approachable, kind and happy to share their expertise and knowledge to ensure I was confident with my choice.
When customer service is that good it needs to be celebrated!

Macclesfield Tile Giant, there are plenty of tile companies around online and on the street but for me it is the customer service and advice that sells the tiles. A really great experience and absolutely worth visiting, competitive prices too! Thanks

Bought 100sqm lvt flooring in store at tile giant. The store team were very helpful and ready to assist anytime. Once the installer started laying the flooring down, he told us that he wasnt happy with the quality of the product. Went back to the store and voiced our concerns, to be assured that it was the best selling product they had. So with that in mind we went ahead and layed it down. What a massive mistake that was.... 3 months down the line gaps started appearing, we kept going back and forth to the store. People came out and looked at it time and time again, but nothing was done about it. Contacted head office, email after email!!!! we are now left with broken flooring everywhere, absolutely gutted as we have to rip up and replace the whole lot.

Cambridge Store 5 stars superb
We have been into Tile Giant twice now in Cambridge the service has been second to none each visit…so so helpful and knowledgeable the guys in the branch take the time to talk you and help you make informed decisions they are a real credit to the company. Thank you very much it really is appreciated we will 100% be back 😊

Called into the macclesfield branch and the sales assistant Wayne was most helpful- very knowledgeable. Fantastic range of tiles- spoilt for choice. Will definitely be coming back- when I have made my mind up!

I had the pleasure talking to Danielle in the Crawley branch couple days ago. She was so helpful even though she was finishing she stayed on over her finishing time to help me figure out how many tiles I needed as my math's is questionable. She was so fun to talk to made me laugh she has great customer services skills. I'll give her a 10/10 for her services.

A HUGE thank you to the team at the Bracknell store. My wife & I came in looking for a bathroom tile for our en-suite. Adam at Tile Giant Crewe, has been outstanding. His knowledge is impeccable and the customer service he has provided from the beginning has been nothing short of amazing.
