I am so happy to have found TileBar in my search for backsplash tile. After many trips to big box retailers I grew tired of seeing the same collections over and over (especially since I watch a lot of HGTV I wanted something unique). TileBar offers a wide range of tiles and with accessible pricing on samples I was able to explore more than 10 different types. I’m thrilled with the results and really enjoy looking at my kitchen. The tile coordinates with the new cabinets we installed, catch your eye but doesn’t hold it because of the matte finish. After having glass tile for five years this is much easier (way less reflective) to look at and enjoy. Thank you TileBar!

Excellent customer service, pricing and shipping

Just ordered a ton of tile for new backsplash. Their sample service is great and really helped us pick the right tile. Of course, I didn't order enough and Zachary in customer service was super helpful in getting me the rest that we needed (after checking to make sure 2nd order ame from same batch as 1st so they'd match) and getting them to me ASAP so.my contractor wouldn't flip out. Great work Zachary! Will definitely use again for upcoming bathroom renovations.

I designed a project around what they said is and would be in stock (in a 2-month period)- and when I needed to order more within this 2-month period, I was informed what I already purchased was not. This was not a sale/clearance item. It is a standard trim. They had no date for restocking and cautioned that it would not match what I already purchased, meaning I would have to purchase large amounts again.Awful. I seriously don't know how I am going to finish this project

I had put a cancellation request via email only to find out that they couldn’t approve the request as it had already shipped. The problem is that I sent an email an HOUR after putting the request in on Friday night then received the shipment notification an hour later after the email from customer service on Monday. There was absolutely no way to cancel the shipment any other way. After making a fuss with customer service they did give me a full refund and apologized. Please be aware there is a huge flaw in their system with cancellations.

It was easy to order. When I called to check on the order, they were happy to answer my questions and clearly knew what stage my order was at as to delivery. All 32 boxes arrived exactly when they said they would and not a single one was broken or even chipped. I will definitely use this company again.

TileBar has an excellent website that is easily searchable. Samples were sent promptly in secure packaging--and especially at a most reasonable cost.

Ordered tile in one state, picked up in another near our place. Great experience on both ends - staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

Tile bar is the absolute best! Their customer service is the best I’ve seen! They are always helpful to answer questions about produce or measurements!

I love my tile! Though waiting for my pot filler to be installed. It is stunning rustic tile. Love how it looks pearly in the daytime and soft at night.

Had an incredible all round experience with tile bar.

1. Loved the quick sample tiles delivery to see the product.

2. Nayeth and Aaron were responsive and via email and phone all the way through.

3. We chose some 3 beautiful tiles with the designer, and they made sure to allocate the amounts we needed, and that we should receive it in timely manner.

4. Love the tiles we got! Friends are really impressed with the depth of color and quality.

5. We got subway tiles. Medium sized and extra large styles.

Price and sleet made me choose Tile Bar for my kitchen reno. Shipping was fast with great communication, all tile arrived unbroken. The tile is great quality and looks exactly as advertised online. Highly recommend!

I am an interior designer and I love having a rep I can ask questions of, and they are sooo responsive! I think the selections are great and the samples are shipped immediately! What more could one ask?!

For an online company, the quality of the tiles that they sell as much better than most tile stores and definitely better than big box stores.

I'll admit, I was nervous ordering from a tile company online but TileBar has it going on! Ordering samples helped me decide on the best tile for my space. Customer service (yes with real knowledgeable people available to help) answered all my questions. My order was expedited and shipped quickly. A few pieces broke in shipping and TileBar replaced those just as quickly! Honestly, my online experience with TileBar was better than some of the local experiences I had during my renovation.

Great experience ordering tile for our bathroom. We had several tiles that got broken during shipment and they were quick to resolve the problem and send replacement tiles. Definitely recommend.
