Two Lenovo refurb laptops
Two Lenovo refurb laptops. One perfect. One with a dead battery. The battery in the second one was dead as a doornail. I don't necessarily expect a new battery in a refurb, but it does make you wonder about the refurb testing. I was also a bit surprized to learn that Tiger Direct is just a middle man with these refurb sales. You are actually pruchasing from a company called Comsale. I don't think this is made clear on the Tiger Direct website. tiger Direct did agree to take the one back, but their timeframes are a little short. After a few days, you will be dealing with Comsale, not Tiger Direct, although I have to say that Comsale did agree to send me a new battery (or at least a different battery). However, they do seem to be taking their time.
