My purchase from Tiger was Ok. I did encounter a problem with shipping charges as the the item was to be shipped free and that was not the case on my invoice. After a few phone calls it was all fixed although it did take a few phone calls. I have purchased items from Tiger for years and this was the only time I had problems. They seem to have some issues about who looks after what. Tiger is aware of the problem and assured me that it was being addressed. My purchase was as advertised and shipping was quick. Hopefully they will get their customer service issue fixed.

Had issues with installing Windows, as a result of a trashed hard drive but once that was sorted out, worked like a charm!

Was thinking of switching from HD to SSD but it seem not working properly. I have no problem switching to another HD.

The only thing I had a few issues with was finding what I was looking for by typing in the search box. It worked when I browsed by category. Free shipping required a signature and I wasn't home so I had to go to UPS to pick up. But overall a great experience and price and I will buy again and again from Tigerdirect.

This is the fifth computer I've successfully ordered from Tiger Direct -- 3 laptops, 2 Desktops over the past eleven years -- plus other parts like memory, external hard drive and monitors. Everything I've bought from Tiger Direct, whether new or refurbished, has performed as expected -- or else Tiger Direct has made it good with no fuss or objections.

Very very expensive shipping cost. 2 sd cards and one microsd cost just over 53.00. Staples would have shipped these for NO CHARGE AT ALL. Tigerdirect required a bit over 20.00.
Sheer robbery.
I will NEVER shop here again.
I hope no one does.

Mac computer memory
The memory for the Mac computer was delivered rapidly and worked perfectly upon installation.

I was disappointed when the refurbished laptop I got did not work. The keyboard would not be recognized and all attempts to make it usable did not work.
I did not like having to pay for another before a replacement would be shipped but I understand the policy.. just makes me watch my credit card statements for my refund. the replacement laptop was delivered within 3 days.
