Absolutely amazing night. Ticketmaster was extremely helpful especially as this was my first time buying assistance tickets. They made the experience so special.

We got tickets bought for a Christmas present to go watch Peter Kay at Leeds first Arena sending the tickets from my son and daughter in-laws account to our wallet was a very easy process , and the evening was a great night out the location was easy to get to and we’ll sign posted plenty of places to eat and bars to get drinks, staff at the arena were very helpful and the event was very well organised had fantastic time.

Absolutely amazing gig. Easy to get in using Ticketmaster app. Great staffing. Will be looking at going to more gigs soon

These ease if purchasing tickets is easy, all online tickets are easy to find when at venue.

Trying to buy the tickets was hard work! You would put tickets in your basket for it to say they had then gone that needs fixing if they’re in my bag they should be in my bag not avaliable for others to pick. Info sent around the concernt was good to keep me informed and the ease of accessing my tickets was good with details on what turnstiles I needed and where they were.

Simple to use mobile tickets. Very big place but very attentive staff at venue. Guides exactly how to get to ours seats.

Ticket allocation was a pain
Bought hospitality tickets to get to gate and not be accepted as I needed to download SRU app to access ticket bought on Ticketmaster app and paid to ticketmaster

Wasted time finding this out on day and it impacted in missing acts I would have liked to see

Tickets were easy to book Downloading was easy The show was very good and entering and leaving the venue was very well managed

Good venue. Well organised. Air conditioned!! Not over full. No massive queues at the bars. And a good band. What’s not to like👍

Concert itself was great but, If you are going to use Murrayfield as a venue there has to be a great deal more organisation for people leaving it is terrible.

We had a great night and thoroughly enjoyed the music and the atmosphere was amazing

Ordered on line through Ticketmaster for e tickets
Spent a whole week before trying to see tickets for entry
Equally had to go two hours before show to collect from venue ticket office
I will NOT use Ticketmaster again I will always go through venue
