I bought a cap £56 order GB602198 and…
I bought a cap £56 order GB602198 and with in 20 minutes I cancelled it as I didn’t put my blue light discount in. Which is 15% so I emailed and explained. Also went into live chat and explained everything. 2 days later I received a email saying your order is on its way. So I went ahead of the delivery and asked for a refund and I loose £11 if I send it back £6 postage and £5 for there service charge. I mean this is absolutely crazy. These guys are very ignorant. All I want is a full refund so I can buy again with my army discount as I have served this country for 27 years. It’s a disgrace if you ask me.

Poor customer service
I absolutely love the products, love the brand but when delivery goes wrong there is zero customer service support! Only when I did a charge back through my bank did I get a reply which is a shame because I genuinely like everything to do with this brand.
