Order to hats one in july wich i had…
Very disappointed with how my second order has been handled
I ordered the same hat twice from thruDark.
My first order was #GB579133 on July 3, 2026. I had problems receiving it at the time, but eventually the hat arrived.
I then ordered the same hat again on August 26, 2026 — order #GB599670. This second hat has still not arrived. I contacted thruDark several times to try to get the issue sorted, but unfortunately it was not resolved, so I had to open a dispute with PayPal.
What makes this even more frustrating is that thurdark have provided PayPal with the July order receipt (#GB579133) as proof that I received the hat. Of course I received that one — that was my first order!
The order I am disputing is #GB599670 from August 26, which I have NOT received.
It really shouldn't be difficult to look at the order numbers and dates and see that these are two separate orders for the same hat.
Very disappointed with the customer service and the way this has been handled. I would simply like FruDark to look at the correct order and resolve the issue properly.

Shocking customer service don’t follow up on support requests, my order was returned by Royal Mail incorrect address been unable to contact anyone from TF only an AI bot, no reply to my emails going to have to contact credit card to request refund now

Visit to Battersea Power station store
I Visited the store in Battersea Power Station, whilst on a short break in London. The woman in the store (can’t remember her name) was so helpful. I must have been in the store over an hour and had the store staff running backwards and forwards finding different sizes and nothing was too much trouble. A true asset to the company and brand.
