Quality Service

An excellent choice of cards for any occasion and a straightforward process to add a personal message before going through the checkout. Email reminders tell you when the card has been posted, and such service deserves nothing less than a 5 star rating.

Ordered Mother’s Day card came a week…

Ordered Mother’s Day card came a week late so had to order from moonpig on urgent delivery which cost £21 had a genetic sorry Royal Mail etc no follow up to see if it had turned up no offer of paying for the card ordered Inc urgent postage refunded me for the late card will never use again total lack of customer service

Missing gift

I have used this company for a long time for cards and gifts but not any more! I ordered a birthday card and tin of biscuits for my brother. The birthday card was delivered along with an empty box packed with paper. No tin of biscuits in sight. The box didn't appear to have been tampered with so assume the fault stems from Thortful themselves. How on earth can this happen? I emailed them and while waiting for a reply next day decided to phone them. Poor response. No apology just a "thats unusual" comment. They checked and said they would send out another tin but I refused and asked for a full refund including the card, thats the least they can do surely. Lost a customer now Thortful.

We treat any amendment/cancellation of orders as a top priority, as we want our customers order to arrive perfectly. Whilst we do our best to catch any orders which need cancelling or amending we are not always able to catch every order.

We are a print on demand company, and so our orders are automatically sent to our printers to be dispatched quickly. This is especially the case as we approach the cut off for same day dispatch, as this means orders are sent to be printed immediately, to ensure all orders are dispatched as promised.

My son sent me the Spring Delight for…

My son sent me the Spring Delight for my birthday this week. Looks lovely in the photo however the bunch I received were worse than the reduced flowers in the super market. Tulips are wilted and didn’t open, one was slimy, the same with the daffodils. Very disappointed that my son has wasted £25.

Lovely large choice of cards from a…

Lovely large choice of cards from a list of artists with lots of categories and choices.
2nd time I've bought cards and always offers on site.
The cards come in a recyclable card board box in a prompt time.
Good quality which is important to me - so far great response from friends and family.

You did not deliver my parents special…

You did not deliver my parents special anniversary card on time then had the nerve to give me until 3pm on the day you offered a refund. and you would know that sometimes people look at emails days later. Obviously you think we are all so stupid.
