Card has not arrived which leaves me without a card for today's birthday.

Thanks for your review.

Your order was dispatched via Second Class post with our partners the Royal Mail; this is a two day service, but they do admit a small number of the items they’re processing can take up to four working days to arrive. Unfortunately, as it’s now been more than four days it looks like your card has gotten caught up in their system and may have been lost along the way. Sadly, we can’t track your card once it leaves our printers, so there is a limit to what we can do when the card is in the postie’s hands. We totally understand it’s frustrating to have your card miss the occasion - it’s really frustrating for us as a business as this is something we have no control over and we hate letting our customers down.

Card was late with no explanation of why

Card was late with no explanation of why and no tracking link. I missed the persons birthday so had to buy another card anyway.

Website issues

Ordering website did not give option to check address correct for delivery and then despite receiving e-mail within 15 mins could/would not change address.

We treat any amendment/cancellation of orders as a top priority, as we want our customers order to arrive perfectly. Whilst we do our best to catch any orders which need cancelling or amending we are not always able to catch every order.

We are a print on demand company, and so our orders are automatically sent to our printers to be dispatched quickly. This is especially the case as we approach the cut off for same day dispatch, as this means orders are sent to be printed immediately, to ensure all orders are dispatched as promised.

What a great company

What a great company .
I live in Australia and I use this company to send unique cards and good quality gifts to family in the UK .
Always sent very quickly and a great choice of gifts that are not overpriced.

Quality Issues

I have used Thortful for a long time, maybe 8 years. I purchase all my Birthday and Chirstmas cards from them. I have always found them to be excellent quality. But my last few orders I have noticed a change in the quality of the card stock (being thinner) and also some of the printing (especially on solid colours) has been patchy. This now makes me Question whether it is now worth purchasing from them instead of going to my local card shop.
