The order I placed was delivered but I received a hardy geranium instead of the hypericum I ordered. The others were correct. Eventually I got it sorted but now my hypericum will not arrive until well into September. I had wanted it so it could settle into its new place and begin to establish before the cooler weather comes. Now this will not be possible . Just got to hope it doesn’t die over winter or I will be calling customer services. I ordered to give time for the new plant to establish itself and start some growth to see it through winter.

Still waiting for delivery reschedule twice now supposedly coming end of month

First of all I missed the offer for £3 per plant of Peruvian lily's so I ordered them at a more expensive rate.. The label said they left you on 8.7.2026. I got them on 11.7 and they were nearly dead creamy brown or very pale yellow green- not what you would expect.

Fantastic delivery from a first class supplier - arrived in excellent condition and was delivered in a very fast time and the packaging was perfect . I would recommend this supplier without a doubt the best I have experienced .

Advertised as despatched within 7 days, a week after the order I sent an email as there was no update to the order delivery - received an email back advising the order had now been placed on the correct system a day or so later I received another email advising that there had been a delay and the items would now be despatched on 31st July, the order was placed on 25th June with the expectation that the plants would arrive early July…

Plants arrived promptly and well packaged. On line order was a little frustrating because I couldn’t select the discounted offer on feeders for some hanging baskets and had to reorder, incurring additional postage.

3 hydrangeas, 2 healthy but 1 drooping and pot bound. TLC didn’t help, it has died. Falls short of your usual excellent quality. I’d like a replacement if possible.

My seed order arrived promptly and in good order. Hopefully my garden can do them justice .

Unfortunately all the plants arrived dead this isn’t the first time this has happened. Unfortunately customer service was very poor and initially they struggled to refund me. Eventually I got a refund but it wasn’t the full amount. I won’t be ordering anymore live plants with them. The seeds are ok

Plants were in good condition and have come on really well since planted.

Very unimpressed. I've had two deliveries from them recently and received plants at deaths door on both occasions. I am still waiting for a replacement of the last batch two weeks later. I stopped using them previously because of a similar issue. I've not had the same experience with other companies I've used, so I don't think I'll bother with Thompson & Morgan again.
