Dumb

Dumb. Haven’t had the item delivered yet, the company know this, yet they want me to review the transaction and rate my satisfaction. This is stupidity on every level. Perhaps if everyone they do this to leaves a similar review to this they’ll stop wasting people’s time.

Nominated day delivery a waste of money

I’m really disappointed that despite ordering on the 13th Aug & paying £7.99 for a nominated delivery date of the 15th Aug the tracking is still saying that the courier ‘has my parcel’ but still not moved or delivered & it’s the 16th at 9pm.
Certainly won’t be wasting my money on that type of delivery again 😡
