Very pleased

My item was out of stock. I was emailed when it came back in and I ordered straight away and the item was delivered within a few days. Very pleased.

Lovely duvet cover

Lovely duvet cover. Excellent quality with a pretty embroidered edge. A little expensive for only 200 thread count and disappointed that the pillowcases which were ordered at the same time have yet to arrive! Can’t understand why they weren’t sent together!

Very disappointing for such an expensive diffusers

I bought two reed diffusers from The White Company: Capri and Seychelles. I've been using the Capri one for a while now and honestly, it barely puts out any scent at all. I've walked right up to the diffuser itself and could still barely detect the fragrance, let alone the room being scented. For a product at this price point, I expected a noticeable, lasting fragrance throw.

I haven't used the Seychelles diffuser yet, but when I opened the box to check it, I could already tell the fragrance oil itself is just as subtle and weak as Capri, so I'm not expecting a different result.

I've read the glowing reviews on the website for both scents and I'm honestly baffled by the gap between what others describe and my actual experience. Maybe I got a bad batch, or maybe these two particular scents just aren't strong enough, but either way I can't recommend these based on what I've received. Very disappointed for the price paid.

Dumb

Dumb. Haven’t had the item delivered yet, the company know this, yet they want me to review the transaction and rate my satisfaction. This is stupidity on every level. Perhaps if everyone they do this to leaves a similar review to this they’ll stop wasting people’s time.
