Fantastic service and very helpful staff. Phoned to check if I could get an engraved bottle within a couple of days, talked me through buying it and they upgraded shipping and made sure it was done in time for a wedding. Thank you for your help

Australian taxes kill value
Initial buying experience is good, however for deliveries to Australia this is a very expensive alternative due to local excise and other taxes. Whiskey that can be purchased from local bottle shops for $120 ended up costing $160.
Possibly a good option for other countries, but a definite no for mid-range whiskey purchases in OZ.
