Great fast service
Only shop to have the item I wanted in stock, also didn't lie about it being in stock. Shipping was very fast despite me being overseas. Only draw back is the customs fee which for me was very high in the U.S, but still worth it for the item so I didn't mind.

Product was perfect but 48hour postage took 8 days sent an email to the company requesting a refund of the £13 for postage but no one got back in touch, absolutely ridiculous very poor communication still haven’t heard from them a month on

Great service from the start.
I spoke to Colin in the service department, he was very helpful and delivery was very fast.
Unfortunately I had to cancel one of my orders due to potential delays in delivery but Colin was very helpful in dealing with this issue and I had to obtain my other order elsewhere.

my old helmet was a shark size large so ordered an new shark helmet the same size.
It arrived quickly but seemed a bit tight . I contacted Amelia and explained the situation as i thought it might just be the new cushioning. No Problem was the reply order the next size up and try them both, then just return the one you dont require for a full refund.
i ordered the next size up xl which fit perfectly, i returned the other helmet which they confirmed they received and then issued my refund.
Thanks Amelia and the Visor Shop you have another loyal customer now.
