It is a very beautiful place, close to the beach, in privacy. The owners are very nice people. We have been coming here for five years and we are very satisfied. We can only recommend.

It was our first time using the Villa Group and have been pleasantly surprised. We have previously lived in Cyprus and chose not to use a hotel and opted for a Villa. The one we choose in Peyia near Paphos offered everything we needed with a superb view across the infinity pool overlooking the locality across to the sea! Positioned just on the outskirts of the local town it was close enough to get to the local supermarket, local Tavernas and the beach but also lovely and quiet and allowed us to completely relax.

The villa was lovely, very well presented and equipped, great location, lovely big pool different areas for relaxing and eating, would definitely go back and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. Thank you 😊

The villa group had been really helpful all through the booking process and up until the day we left the villa.
When I had some issues at the villa the manager from the villa group said I had to communicate with the owners but the owners were not receptive to feedback and instead made up a pack of lies about damage during our stay. I booked the villa through the villa group and feel that they should deal with this as the owners are not impartial.
There were some h&s issues that were urgent and misreprentation about the equipment at the villa.

Wow what can I say, from the moment of booking to turning up at the lovely villa everything was done with ease and professionalism.

The Villa was extremely clean and very well maintained, we have used other companies in the past and maintenance in particular takes the edge of the stay.

The Villa was also very will equipped with everything thought about. The welcome pack was also a nice touch.

The views from the Villa are outstanding!

We will definitely use the Villa Group in the future for any bookings and look forward to booking next year!

"My Wedding Day"

It was Splendid experience on my wedding day. Our wedding planner Ms. Mandy was super duper helpful for everything I was so grateful for her. And our Villa was magnificent and Mr. Kieth and Mrs. Jill was amazing couple they welcome us with everything.

Excellent communication throughout the booking process, payment process, and before, during and after the holiday. Quality of the villa was superb and exactly as advertised. I would definitely use them again.

The Villa Group.
After we had picked a suitable Villa that met all our essentials, booking was extremely easy. Had a few questions regarding payments and timelines that Lisa dealt with quickly. We also organised massages and nail treatments via Lisa which worked out perfectly. The therapist, Irena, came to the Villa and all the girls were delighted with the service.

Big 7 bedroom Villa to accommodate 14 people just off the end of main Coral Bay strip. Quite a grandiose design which looks very impressive.
Great location, 5 minute walk to beach and same to bars and restaurants but still very quiet. Unusually, also within easy walk to a “big” supermarket on par with a Tesco or Morrisons. The supermarket also provided free transport back to residence, so a big shop was very easy.
The Villa itself was plenty big enough for 14. Bedrooms all good standard, 2 separate living areas and 2 games room on bottom floor. The pool area is superb. Great pool with proper deep end and plenty loungers and seating for all. An area which was well used.
Large outdoor seating area to side of Villa, no problem sitting all 14. Big gas BBQ and separate charcoal BBQ, both well used.
We had NO significant problems but there are always a few things that could go better.
Never got IPTV to work, HOME screen came up but went no further. Wasn’t a problem as we had multiple devices with us.
Villa had 1 main kitchen and 2 smaller kitchen areas. Would have preferred 1 bigger kitchen and separate laundry room. Cooker in main kitchen small for such a large group. Again not a problem as BBQs used much more.
Must note that WiFi was great. Very fast and never once went off. Also handled multiple devices online at same time.
All in all a great experience. I’d certainly use Villa Group again in the future. If you’re looking for a Villa for a large group with all that you’d expect and close to everything this could be for you.

From first seeing the outside to the first step inside everything was perfect, the kitchen is fully equipped and very clean.
The lounge area was comfortable and enjoyed watching the Ryder cup.
Bedrooms plenty big enough with lots of storage.
There’s an outside terrace with table and chairs and a lovely pool area.
The area itself is quiet but only 5 minutes walk from a few local bars and a 15 to 20 min walk to the strip.

The Villa Group were quick to respond and professional in their service. The directions were clear and the villa and pool were great. Secluded and quiet villa with an amazing pool and responsive, helpful manager.

After being together for over 25 years, we decided to formalise our partnership through marriage and saw an appeal in a simple but not traditional ceremony and celebration which would provide a lasting memory for us, as well as our closest family members, and a marriage on a beach held an attraction for us. With our decision made, we embarked on trying to find an individual or company who could support us, through the legal process and then with arrangements for the day - after nights of online enquiries and increasing despondency by the 'rejections' (it seems many are not interested in a small ceremony that doesn't attract a huge fee) our hopes were raised by positive response from The Villa Group, which then turned into the belief of the possible when we were contacted by Mandy. Mandy readily engaged with our thinking for the day, offered suggestions which we took advantage of, and then helped us through, what at first seemed a minefield of bureaucracy, but was actually straightforward with her guidance and explanations. Throughout the process, Mandy offered checks which helped our confidence as well as a clear plan for the actual wedding day. Prior to our departure, there was some doubt cast by friends as to whether we were dealing with a legitimate individual and company which did cause some anxiety and I suspect others planning an overseas wedding may also have similar concerns - Mandy and The Villa Group are real! Without doubt, Mandy is a consummate professional and we are lucky to have met her.

The Villa is an absolute Gem of a find and well designed in a beautifully located area. Once in the Villa you will see the Sun rising over the Mediterranean Sea and setting into the hillside. As a family of 5 we enjoyed the outdoor living with what can only be described as an exceptional pool and lush surroundings. Really well equipped kitchen with all you will need and many extras you normally would not see. The bedrooms were good and provided ample space. The booking process was seamless and we received detailed communication including directions allowing us to arrive at the Villa with no problems. I can definitely see us returning and highly recommend a stay. Thank you Villa Group.

Once again the villa group company has exceeded our expectations and delivered to us a perfect Cyprus villa holiday, everything as it should be, no out dated photos or nasty surprises, just perfect. A big thanks to the team at the villa group and in particular Lisa who always appears to be on hand to answer any questions or reply to emails.
Would I recommend, absolutely, will I use them again, absolutely and we already have.

We just got back last Wednesday from another absolutely amazing holiday at one of the Villa Groups villa's in Cyprus. We stayed at property ref: V487023 Peristerona Hills in the beautiful region of Peristerona. The villa and views are just stunning really, and the owner cant do enough for you, and is at hand if needed. The villa Group are a fantastic company we have been using them for years. Everything went smoothly and The Villa Group are always on hand if you have any questions or concerns, your in safe hands with them. No complaints from us they are outstanding.

The Villa group was very helpful throughout our booking and responded quickly to our request to book taxis.

Just returned from a great family holiday at this villa in Coral Bay. When we arrived the AC wasn’t working in the main bedroom but this was fixed first thing the next morning which was a relief !!
The Villa had everything we needed and I was impressed with the quality of the appliances and the amount of kitchenware provided. The bath towels were soft and very white better than some hotels I’ve stayed at .
The Villa is ideally situated for Coral Bay Beach , bars restaurants and philippos supermarket are also nearby making the location ideal.
We all had a lovely time here. My only criticism which is being a bit fussy is that the Villa could maybe do with a little refresh.
I would definitely book with Villa Group again . My questions were always responded to promptly by Lisa and everything was as it should be. A lovely family holiday …memories made.
