great villa, as described, great view, great customer support. coming back!!

We had originally booked Villa Katerina, however CVR contacted us the week before our holiday to say that we had been offered Villa Siena as an upgrade, which we were delighted with. Location is amazing, 5 mins walk from the main Coral Bay strip, but far enough away so you can't hear any noise from it at night. The villa is beautiful, I would say the rooms aren't as big as they look in the photos, but that is standard really for holiday lets. The AC works well in all rooms, and there is blackout blinds and mosquito screens in all the bedrooms. Beds are all very comfortable. I did think there may be extra bedding as we were staying 18 nights but there is a washing machine so we just washed the ones that were on the bed. The downstairs bathroom using different plumbing to the rest of the villa, and it is quite noisy when you are using the sink, toilet or shower. The other two bathrooms did not smell great, but I think that is due to the sewage system not being the best in Cyprus. Pool is large, when we first got here it was freezing so we paid for heating and when they switched it on it was warm enough to get in that evening. We also paid for the hot tub. The pool guy (who was lovely) came every 3 days to clean the pool and the hot tub, which was great. Love the fact that there is a pool table and table tennis table. The BBQ was a good size. Lovely view of the sea from the kitchen/lounge, two of the bedrooms and the roof terrace. Great communication with CVR as well, can't fault them! Will definitely use them again.

The hospitality is above any imagination that we had on the Villa. The facilities are excellent and well preserved we enjoyed every minute in here.

The team were SO helpful, easy and quick to communicate with. Check in and out was easy and smooth. Villa Lara is exactly as you see it on the photos, amazing views, bright and spacious. It was perfect for my bachelorette party with a group of 10.

Some 12 months ago we booked a a stay in Villa Margarita in Coral Bay Cyprus as a 'special celebration' of my wife turning 70 and our 49th wedding anniversary. We were also treating our daughter and granddaughter. A few weeks before our stay we were informed Villa Margarita was undergoing a large renovation and wouldn't be ready for our holiday. The company thus offered us 4 other villas as alternatives in which we finally settled on Villa Marina in Coral Bay.
After a long day travelling and a rough guide of getting to our destination we turned up and tried to enter the villa but to no avail as it turned out to be Villa Marina and not the other way round. After another 45 minutes of travelling around we ended up about 250 metres down the road from the original villa entering a little complex which had a small sign for the Cyprus Villa Retreats Villas within. On entering the complex the villa next to ours, which the entrance board identifying the villas showed as being a CVR villa but it didn't have the company board on the outside appeared to be being used as a high end vehicle insurance reclamation business. There were cars with no number plates, cracked windscreens, collision damage etc sat on the road outside, there was also a cable running down from the villa and across the road to a building opposite. It wasn't clear whether the villa was being occupied as the pool was empty with only sludge etc in the bottom and graffiti along the pool wall. Not the best of starts however we plodded on and entered and gained access to Villa Marina. Having worked out how to open the sliding doors to the covered seating area we found that all of the cushions for the furniture around the pool, although under the covered area, were leaking wet. The cushions around the dining table under the covered are were also leaking wet and covered in cat hairs! We were later to find out the the covered area roof leaked when it rained. The villa was ok but not luxurious. Three of the glass panels in the balustrades had severe cracks in them, glass in one of the patio doors in the upstairs bedroom had 'blown' and thus you couldn't see out of it, the markings on the oven settings had been worn off and someone had stuck a bit of paper on the tiles behind it to show the temperature setting etc, the glass hob was cracked on the corner, the upstairs patio didn't look as if it had been cleaned and only had enough seats for 3 people with a towel that had obviously blown off the balustrade at some time, was left leaking wet behind the solar panels, the door handle fell off in the upstairs bathroom, some of the poolside furniture had rusted and stained the patio and lastly the BBQ was an old dirty tin one fit for the skip. Having said all of that, the Cyprus Villa Retreats staff were excellent in responding to our needs of supplying us with extra towels as we hadn't been supplied with sufficient for 4 of us, a loo brush and some toilet rolls. The Maintenance staff that came to fix the door handle and a couple of other small jobs were also excellent. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, the beds nice and comfortable and the bathrooms nice and clean however this villa needs a bit of expenditure to bring it up to the luxurious level its stated to be. We had a nice holiday but it wasn't 'special' as we had hoped it would be. I believe the CVR staff are based in Limassol and maybe don't get to visit the villas often to assess the condition and rely solely on the words of cleaning staff. If this is the case then perhaps they should.

Omg where do I even start!!! This is honestly the BEST holiday home we have ever stayed in!! My family and I came to Cyprus from 5th–13th April to celebrate my older sister’s wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

There were 10 of us staying, and the villa was absolutely stunning – even better than the photos! The views were unreal, especially the sunsets… every evening the sky turned the most beautiful colours and it honestly felt like something out of a movie. Sitting outside watching the sun go down with my family is something I’ll never forget.

The pool area was another highlight – so clean, spacious, and perfect for all of us to relax and spend time together. We were in there every day! Whether it was chilling during the day or enjoying the warm evenings outside, it really made the whole experience feel so luxurious and peaceful.

Inside, the villa was just as amazing. The bedrooms were gorgeous and having bathrooms in almost every bedroom was such a bonus, especially with a big group of us. It made getting ready so easy and stress-free, which we really appreciated, especially with wedding celebrations going on!

Every little detail had been thought of, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We spent so much quality time together, enjoying meals, laughing, and just taking in the beautiful surroundings.

David was incredible from start to finish – always so helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and that made such a difference to our stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, who was just as lovely, which made the whole experience feel even more personal and welcoming.

I’m usually VERY picky when it comes to Airbnbs, so for me to say this is a 10/10 says everything! I will 100% be recommending this villa to everyone I know, and we will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Seven of us stayed in Villa Siena in Coral Bay and it was a perfect holiday. Heated pool, hot tub, great location, lovely villa and facilities. Can’t fault the Villa or Cyprus Villa Retreats at all. 5 star service from booking to the last day. All the team are so attentive, helpful and friendly. Really great company. Lovely villas and locations. Great value for money. Would recommend over and over. Huge thanks to the team.

Villa Lara is absolutely fantastic. Beautifully maintained, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The pool and outdoor space are perfect for relaxing, and the location is peaceful yet close to beaches and restaurants. Everything was spotless and well equipped. A perfect Cyprus getaway — highly recommended!

Just back from a holiday in a Cyprus Villa Retreats property. The whole experience was great. The booking process was simple and communication before and during our stay was great. The property was lovely and clean and they kindly allowed a late checkout

The villa is excellent and very beautifully furnished. The location is simply fantastic. The feeling of waking up to the sound of the waves is amazing. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at this villa was amazing. We had everything we could possibly need in the villa, the host was very thoughtful (they even came over at the middle of our stay to ask if everything’s okay and if we need anything). The villa was clean, comfortable, had all the necessities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Would visit again!!

The villa was just right for us as a family, the area it was in was gorgeous. If we needed help it was just a phone call away. We would definately recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Cyprus.

This has now been our 3rd holiday in Cyprus with Cyprus Villa Retreats. We returned to Villa Anchora in Carol Bay and stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks in October. Once again from booking the Villa to heading home CVR were first class! The Villa was well presented on arrival and super clean. Any teething problems were sorted fast as always. Can't recommend them high enough and we're already planning our return in 2026! Thanks Again CVR.

Perfect stay. Accommodation was great. Nice and clean with plenty additional features like books and games. The travel Directions and key pickup were clear and easy. We stayed at Villa Rio in Coral Bay, with a lovely pool and Jacuzzi.

From the start it was not great. Booked Villa Georgio, which we had spent a long time researching, modern clean close to the beach. When we came to pay the final instalment we were told it was no longer available? After a lot of calls finally we were told we had an upgrade to Villa Rio. Absolutely not an upgrade! Tired, not functional, ice maker on fridge not working, pans for induction hob not supplied, towel rails fell off the wall, cockroaches we didn’t think the villa had been properly checked before we got there. We felt the Villa was not what we had expected however the staff were quick to respond to our complaints but would not book with them again. Only given a two star rating as staff were quick to react.

From start to finish communication was great with the team at Cyprus Villa Retreats. It is always daunting to hand over large amounts of money online, and you always worry that you will turn up to a little shed in the middle of nowhere, but that was not the case.The Villa we stayed at in Paphos was clean and well equipped, but most of all it was very conveniently located, just a five minute walk from the Coral Bay strip. On arrival there was freshwater in the water dispenser, and tea and coffee in the cupboard, which really helped considering we arrived at 11pm at night. The instructions to get into the Villa and deactivate the alarm was clear and concise, and we had a visit from the host the next day to make sure everything was okay.
