Very prompt and helpful customer service regarding a faulty toy I had purchased from them. A replacement was ordered by them straight away to be delivered to my home address the next day. Cannot fault how they handled the issue.
I have given 2 stars because this store does have some great toys if it were not for that I would only give 1 star.
I had a query and customer services handled it in an extremely poor and unprofessional manner.
I will not be shopping at this store again and don't recommend.

The issue I have with this company is they always lie about items they have in stock. Twice now i've purchased an item mainly from here because i thought it would be quick to collect hiven the fact they say they have them in stock however it takes 5-10 days to actually get the item because they don't have it. Some people may call that a scam so you buy from them and not elsewhere.
The Liverpool one store went above and beyond. They was attentive, helpful, polite and reduced all stress I had locating and purchasing an item.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from The Entertainer. I ordered a kids Marvel bike 7 days before my son’s birthday, expecting it to arrive within the advertised 2–3 day delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, it still hasn’t arrived.
This has been really frustrating, especially as it was meant to be a birthday gift. Clear delivery expectations are important, and this has not been met. I hope this issue is resolved quickly and that improvements are made to avoid letting other customers down in the future.

Parcel was delayed by Yodel. Jamie Lee was very responsive and helpful in escalating the issue with them resulting in a successful but late delivery. Good customer service but please stop using Yodel!

Ordered an item for click and collect. First it said I could collect in 30 minutes. Received an email the next day saying it had been delayed and it would be 2-3days. Fine I thought, no problem. Then I heard nothing!
A few days later I contacted them using an online contact form enquiring what had happened and if they could not fulfill the order then could I please have a refund. I did receive a reply and they said yes, it would take a few days. Then nothing! No money back despite then saying in writing that they would be processing my refund. They have basically stolen my money now and I have had to contact them yet again. What a massive waste of my time. I am still waiting to hear back! Hopefully I won't have to resort to going through my bank to recover the funds! Safe to say that I will not be buying anything again from such a deceitful company! A horrible experience over a toy...

I purchased 3 items for my son's birthday, 2 of which only arrived by delivery. I spoke to customer service to explain this problem, took photos of what I have had delivered and they said they will look in to it.
I have since chased several times over a 2-week period, and all they said is that they need to check with the supplier. I've asked for a refund, but they won't until they check with the supplier. My view is that this is their issue but "The Entertainer" seem to think it's mine and refuses to refund my money. I would avoid ordering as my experience is somewhat poor, no urgency, i'm having to chase and a lack of care. Again this was a present for my son's birthday.
AVOID having anything delivered, as this will be your issue if anything is missing.

I had a concern with the item thatvi jave purchased.i did not know any date for delivery ,5 days were gone by and I have heard nothing .
I contacted customer service ,I was attended by a lady who call sharnee .And whata wonderful lady and very helpful .She gave me the information I need it and clarified my item would be delivered securely .

I made an online order for collection but it wasn't ready in time so I bought the item again from the shop. When I didn't collect the item I should have been issued with a refund but when I checked it had never gone through. I used the online chat and got through to Sharnee, within 1 message it was all sorted and the refund issued with no fuss or stress. Really easy process and can't thank Sharnee enough for making it so simple.

Extremely poor customer service.
I have made several attempts to contact The Entertainer via email regarding an issue, and have received no response. Being completely ignored as a customer is unacceptable.
I gave ample time for a reply before taking this further, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing.
I would not recommend based on this experience alone, as basic customer support standards have not been met.
This response from there team is not good enough. I will continue to post daily. "Thank you for your feedback. It's disappointing to read that you are unhappy with the service you have received both in store and with our customer service team.
I will address the matter with both, to ensure that this doesn't happen again and that improvements are made."
