I ordered a towbar wiring kit through ebay and the wrong one was delivered complete with fitting instructions for another vehicle. They initially didn't admit it was the wrong one. They eventually agreed to a refund but on receipt claimed it was damaged and only refunded half the amount I paid leaving me £67 out of pocket. Refused to answer messages about it and impossible to contact by phone as the number only directs you to the email they don't reply to. Dreadful company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LOT.

Ordered towbar and electrics together off there website only electrics turned up eventually got a response telling me the towbar had got lost in transit asked for my car details again and they resent the towbar trusting this company attempted to fit after starting and went to fit the actual towbar we realised it was not for my vehicle got back in touch and asked for a courier to pick up the items told me to send it back myself and at my own expense I didn’t order the wrong one when they received it I asked when I would get my refund then they made out it was damaged and parts missing after a lot of emails mainly from me and not replying to emails and calls I had to get my money refunded by other means the poor customer care team just didn’t want to give me a full refund
Let me order a item from website, only after I chased them for a update was I told the item was out of stock and my ordered had been refunded, no refund showing yet, very poor customer service. Would avoid
