Fantastic family run garage,very professional and extremely helpful,my Range Rover sport had developed a crack in the inlet manifold on the drivers side causing it to go into restricted performance on my return from a trip to Newark,we were going to be driving to Italy a week later with our dog via France,Switzerland then around Italy so needed the car a 100%,I contacted Ben at the thatched garage on Saturday morning and asked if they could replace the manifold for me,but they were fully booked up for the week,I was stuck but he said if didn’t need the car for the week he may be able to get it repaired between the jobs for me and they did and quickly, A BIG THANKYOU to all the team at The Thatched Garage for a excellent customer service and making our Italy trip possible, highly recommend this garage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I hit a pothole and burst a tyre last Friday. Fortuitously, I pulled off the road right outside this wonderful garage. The team were so friendly and all-round fantastic. Tyre was changed super quickly and I was back on the road in no time! Very grateful and would highly recommend.

Being a petrol head, I have always wanted to add a Landrover Defender to my collection and found a fantastic example for sale at The Thatched Garage. I called and spoke with Ben (Dealer Principle) about my plans to buy a standard vehicle and tastefully customise it to suit my personal requirements.

Ben explained that they offer a very wide range of products and services via their website and that I could buy the vehicle and then they could customise it to my requirements all in house.

I went to visit the dealership and was shown round the vehicle and its features before taking it on a short test drive. Once driven, I was more than happy to purchase the vehicle and then I worked with Ben to define what options I wanted added.

Ben and the entire team he has there are incredibly knowledgable and passionate about anything Landrover and their expertise guided me through the process where they gave open and honest recommendations as to what I should be considering.

At no point at all did I feel like I was being sold to. In fact, Ben even told me things that I didn't really need, or that might upset the overall look and feel of the car. This is a first time experience for me as most car dealers will do anything to make any additional sale.

The extensive work was completed promptly, and Ben kept me updated at every step of the way. I collected the car, which was immaculately presented, and I am incredibly happy with not only the quality of the products that they supply, and of course their service, but the quality and attention to detail of their work is second to none.

The team all knew who I was and what car I was collecting and they were all clearly very passionate about the project which was lovely to see.

I am already working with Ben with to add additional things that we didn't get time to to (mainly because I am impatient and couldn't wait for the car) and I cannot recommend them enough.

Made buying a vehicle a doddle. Helpful friendly and extremely professional. Have recommended to many people who have admired my new purchase.

In 2012 i brought my first Land Rover from here and have used this garage ever since, they are superb. Nothing is too much trouble they have a amazing knowledge about Land Rovers and are as passionate about your vehicle as you are. Their range of specialised parts is quite something and i often find myself creating a mental wish list when ever i go there. Every year i have my Land Rover serviced here. I fully trust this garage with my pride and joy what more could you ask of a garage :)

Very good professional service,old school Defender specialist that knows the vehical inside/out.It's a 130 mile each way run for me,it's worth my time and effort.I am comfortable when they work on my Defender.Very reasonable with charges,highly recommended.
