Value for money as well and I’m so glad I chose to study through TEFL Academy

This Level 5 Diploma TEFL course was amazing! It was really well-structured and comprehensive. The learning portal was easy to use and intuitive. The units were all interesting and engaging. I particularly enjoyed studying grammar, phonetics and lesson planning, as well as watching all the cool videos with the inspiring teachers. The material was both relevant and up-to-date. And the course provided everything I needed to succeed.

I found the step-by-step lessons were manageable and not overwhelming; comprehensive but not too complex; challenging and yet so worthwhile.
I valued the depth of the added resource materials, the practicicality of the assignments and the range of the topics. For example, the topic of classroom management was so well presented, it left me with a level of confidence on how to proceed. Each and every topic offered a unique learning opportunity, even though I had superficially covered some topics previously. Much gratitude to your team and their vision.

My experience at The TEFL Academy was refreshingly thrilling and very satisfactory. I joined the programme not too sure of what to expect but to my excitement, the course was designed to untrain, train and retrain students in order to reposition them to becoming a new improved versions of themselves.
I was highly motivated by the creative method of teaching and the interactive tasks with regular feedbacks. This indeed boosted my courage and enhanced my confidence.
I can avow that The TEFL Academy is miles ahead of their competitors. I will not hesitate to recommend the course to anyone that may be willing to teach English to the millions out there waiting for outstanding breeds of professional teachers.

I enjoyed the course, everything was clear and easily understandable

The units explain everything clearly and the feedback you get from the assignments is very helpful

Overall, I enjoyed the course and would recommend it to others. The only weaker aspect, in my experience, was the Copyleaks section, which did not function properly. Otherwise, the course was very well organized, and the option to complete it online was especially convenient and valuable.

Very happy that I decided to take the Level 5 course that offered the additional 10 hours of in class training. I was surprised with how thorough and informative it was. The tests at the end of each lesson were challenging enough and it made it so you had to be engaged in the course materials in order to pass. The three assignments were all very interesting and after each assignment you received comprehensive feedback. I would recommend this course to anyone thinking about it. Finally, it is assuring that there is continued help and guidance when it comes to finding work in this field, whether it be online or abroad.

It opened my mind how to be a mindful teacher. It taught me how to manage class based on many aspects, prepare lesson, and make it more fun.

I recently completed the Level 5 TEFL course with The TEFL Academy and overall I had a very positive experience. The course was well organised, easy to follow, and gave me a much clearer understanding of how to plan and structure lessons effectively.

What I appreciated most was the balance between theory and practical teaching skills. The assignments really pushed me to think like a teacher and not just study grammar. I also liked that the course encouraged creativity and adaptation for different types of learners.

The online platform was simple to use and flexible, which made it easier to study alongside other commitments. I especially found the lesson planning sections and authentic materials assignments very useful.

One thing I would have liked slightly more of is longer examples of real classroom situations, but overall I feel much more confident about teaching English now than when I started the course.

I originally started the course because I would like to work as an ALT in Japan, and I definitely feel more prepared for that path now. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a solid introduction to TEFL teaching.

Clear layout, very user-friendly and so worth it in terms of price

The online course was well written, well constructed and professionally run. There was a good balance between online, automated assessment of understanding and real person assessment of the application of understanding. The one day face to face teaching was well run, meaningful and well integrated into the course. I found the 3 major assessments demanding and time consuming but they were helpful in applying and integrating the pedagogical principles being taught online and the feedback from a real person experienced in TEFL, was motivating and supportive.
