The course was straightforward, easy to follow, and flexible enough to fit around my schedule. I managed to complete it in a few weeks, and everything was clearly explained.

What I appreciated most was how quickly everything was processed. Once I passed, my certificate was issued within a day.

MY WARNING TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THE COURSE:

First of all, the TEFL Universal website submitted my final assessment when I wasn't even halfway done with it. I emailed them immediately for help, and still haven't gotten a response. I know that they say that retakes aren't allowed. But I must say that they don't even deserve to exist if they cannot let you retake it for accidental submission or technical issues.
They should let me retake it, because I wasn't even halfway done when it submitted on its own somehow!

Second of all. I still didn't receive my certificate. I am quite certain that these reviews are fake. They don't even have an official support chat.

Absolutely chocolate teapot. If you need this certification you can get anyone to pass it for you. There is no real exam. My wife tried to pay for the course but they didnt accept her cards. Then i paid for it with my card. And now i have a certification and they say they can not change it to the person who actually did all the work they just said "then it should be easy for you to do it again" They might be accredited but this is nothing but a money machine. Stay way clear of this company! My wife asked you nicely again "Hello TEFL Universal!

I just finished and passed the test. However, I was surprised that the email notification I received listed my husband's name (perhaps because his credit card was used to purchase the course). I have updated my account and profile details. I hope the certification information is accurate and reflects this update. This is correct, isn't it? I just want to confirm this with you.
