Had been looking for a replacement laptop as mine is not W11 compatible. Know my way around computer specifications & eventually found exactly what I wanted, and at a VERY good price, the machine that exactly satisfied my "wants list". very happy thus far.

Contacted Ben by what’s app and told him what I was looking for. Within a short time he replied with photos, specs and the complete package. Ordered on the website and delivery was excellent and free. Have contacted Ben a couple of times with queries and he has responded quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but praise for him. Highly recommended.

Product not quite as good as hoped. More scratches on the case than expected. And the battery life is terrible.
