This is the fourth time that I've used Spider Shop, never had anything but five star service, updates on orders, animals, substrates, enclosures, you name it, absolutely wonderful, easy experience as always, I even got a free Spiderplast, see you guys again soon, very happy customer.

My spiders arrived in perfect condition. They were well packaged. I am very please with my purchase. I have had three spiders from the spider shop. My last spider lived until she was 23 months old. Would recommend to anyone considering adopting a jumping spider. Providing the weather conditions ate okay you can set a date when you would like to recieve your pet. Thus gives yoh time to set up everything

Have been shopping with the Spider Shop on a regular basis.
They have always been friendly and knowledgeable, while being professional. Their communication is second to none. They are always helpful as they can be. Orders have been sent out at short notice, when needed. Prices are always good.
Any problems, they have done everything they can to remedy them as soon as possible.
All parcels are very well packaged, and delivered promptly.
A fantastic place that can supply all your invert needs.

Again another great experience with spider shop, spider arrived safe and sound delivered well before 1pm well packed and safe, always deal with and spot on and professional service so recommend to all. Many thanks to all the team members for the experience.

The shop replaced and sent out next day delivery I was absolutely amazed about the service and response

Yet another outstanding service from the spider shop & SAM - informed me about held up on delivery' because of weather problems always kept informed of &when it was fine for delivery & to be sent out - arranged particular day for it to arrive for acceptance & by set time in which it actually does as promised and animals are excellent packaged to arrive well and active looking forward to more delivery's and poss road show to thank in person ( highly recommend)

The Spider shop are my go to experts, they have an easy to follow website, extensive infornation on all reptile/invert. And at reasonable prices, every aspect of care is taken when posting. And my Tarantulas have always arrived well packaged and secure. They respond quickly to conmunication, weither its a query on a product or just general advice, Ive had a number of Tarantulas from them now and ive never had a problem. I highly recomend.

Amazing service, amazing quality and very well cared for creatures, 6 stars all day long. I'm a regular returning customer and they couldn't keep me away even if they tried lol.

Second sling purchase from TSS, this time a 2cm Grammostola Anthracina sling!

Even though I placed my order back in January (26th to be exact), TSS still hung onto a G. Anthracina sling for me, and sent her when I specified, which I'm grateful for!

She arrived well packaged in a deli cup, tissue still nice and damp, the heat pack still being very toasty! Decent sized abdomen too.

She immediately sprung to life when I unwrapped the tissue, definitely my most skittish/bolty sling so far! She's calmed down after being in her enclosure, slowly and cautiously exploring her new home.

As with my other slings, I'm so excited to raise her and see her adults colours. I'm very happy to have a more rare species, and I'll continue purchasing from TSS!

The spider shop are honestly exceptional and I would give them 6 stars if I could. Spiders always come in fantastic condition and well packaged. The customer service is exceptional, I can be a bit of a pain in the backside as a customer, forgetting to add things to my orders until right at the last minute or forgetting to pay for 'by 1pm' delivery and in all instances they have taken care of it for me at no extra cost, so they really are willing to go above and beyond for their customers in my experience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, Thanks guys.

I'd give ten stars if I could, three more beautiful baboon spider species arrived safely and look very healthy, I have nothing but good experiences with you, 100% recommended, see you guys again soon, probably at the Northwest convention.

My first time buying tarantula’s online, and what an experience from this company. I have never had customer service like this ever!!.. This company goes above and beyond for there spiders and the customer. I was given updates daily, by email and phone calls expressing how sorry ( due to cold weather ) that they couldn’t deliver. Which was absolutely fine. They sent my delivery before 1pm, even though I didn’t pay for that service and also sent the rest of my items later that day, even though I only paid for 1 postage. I don’t know any company that has done that before!
But WOW, my new slings are absolutely stunning all have lovely round bellies, and in tip top condition. And still thriving. I love how you can add extra to your delivery, if you have forgotten something, brilliant idea. So all Christmas and Birthday money was spent, but well worth it. Already put another order in, as the mystery box I received was awesome, I received a Mantis, something I have never had before, and it’s beautiful ( I love it ) so had to get another one. Thank you The Spider Shop, your awesome

I recently bought a Chilean Rose Tarantula and starter kit from this shop. Everything about it was easy and stress-free. Our spider arrived safe and well thanks to the superb packaging, and the customer service I received was outstanding. I highly recommend!

My second time ordering from the spider shop and my tarantulas arrived in fantastic condition. Well looked after and they were very helpful over the phone with clear communication and interest in helping with the information. They kept me updated with my order especially my second one due to being to cold to send as the tarantulas wellbeing comes first that I find great. The equipment was in great condition they didn't miss anything. I highly recommend the spider shop due to my experience with them. Looking forward to the September show in Gillingham thank you.

Absolutely fantastic !!! Brilliant service on my first order. I was kept up to date with shipping , the spider arrived in such good well kept condition. Clearly fed appropriately. I was so impressed I put another larger order in a few weeks later. The next order arrived as well packaged as the previous one and all spiders were healthy and actually slightly larger than advertised. Which is always a plus side. I will be returning again. The stock list is always amazing.

FIRST THINGS FIRST. A company that actually answers the phone should be applauded. This is a sign of the times that this is my stand out but it was delightful to get through to someone within a couple of rings who could answer a query I had.*

As a family we’ve only been dabbling in reptiles for a couple of years sticking to easy breeds. We have a great local shop and have avoided online until now. I seen the bargain scorpion kit and thought it would be a good way to try the service.

Ordering was simple, I was nervous it would actually arrive on time and intact. However the day before the scheduled delivery I was receiving tracking data, on delivery day the package arrived by Royal Mail packed incredibly in soft secure wrapping.

The set up was easy following instruction on page(YouTube video). Then to unpack the scorpion who popped out spritely and happy to explore.

* I called as when you order there is a follow up email that asks you to ensure you have selected correct post/packaging criteria. I was slightly concerned I hadn’t, hence calling the store in the morning. The chap explained it was fine and was happy to answer any questions.

A very impressive service which we will definitely use in the future.

I ordered three spiderlings, the set of three spiderling kits, and some other equipment. The spiders arrived healthy and well packaged. The kits are perfect. I'll definitely be ordering more from here once I've got more experience!
