The package was in two parts, unfortunately only Part 2 was delivered on 10 Aug 2026.

I contacted both Parcel Force and The Ramp People about the missing Part 1. You got back to me quite quickly and advised that Part 1 was at the Parcel Force Delivery Depot, in Edinburgh and that it would be delivered in 72 Hrs.

That did happen, so Ramp People thank you!

It works like a ramp you start at one level and go up or down as you travel over it . It’s amazing . Who would have created such a miracle . It does the job it was designed for .

The butterfly ramp was quickly delivered and is really useful, if I was being a bit picky the only negative with the ramp is that it’s fractionally a little too wide, as you have to make sure you door is open really fully, and even then you have to make sure not to scratch the door with it. The f it was a couple of inches narrower it would be perfect, but that’s just me being picky, it’s a good ramp.
