A very happy new customer
For a while I have been trying to find a specific type of tea that no mainstream shops stock. As The Proper Tea Co were highly reviewed, I decided to take a chance buying through their online store even though I'd never heard of them before. I'm so pleased I did. I ordered midday on a Saturday and my items arrived by the Wednesday. I also bought one of their infuser mugs because that's such a cool idea! I chose the "Bluebell" coloured one, which is so appropriately named because in person it's a lovely purpley-blue shade.

Delicious Teas
The tea was delivered quickly and was well packaged. More importantly it tasted delicious. I can’t have green tea anymore and was pleasantly surprised to find that they did a black Jasmine tea, which gave me the Jasmine hit I’d been missing. The organic Nilgiri tea was as described, delicately smooth, and was a lovely mellow tea. I have drank lots of the tea already and look forward to trying some of their other teas in future.

Tea Lady
I received some of your teas for Christmas and really loved them so much so I ordered some more. The only criticism I have is that one of the teas I ordered was only a small amount in the packet compared to the others (Japense Genmaicha green tea) is this tea a really expensive tea hence the small quantity.

Hi, and thank you so much for your review. All our teas are sold at one price so we do have to adjust some of the weights in order to do this as teas can vary in cost considerably. We always aim to offer some of the most competitive prices around when taking weight into consideration.
