Good service but disappointed with the product
Service was good. Easy to order; delivered promptly and kept informed.
Disappointed with the teapot. I ordered it particularly because it was described as a good pourer. This has not been my experience, I have found it dribbles a lot when pouring.

Easy to order and checkout
Easy to order and checkout, prompt delivery. Excellent product full of flavour. Black Coconut Tea is my favourite but I will be sampling the rest of the products as soon as I have finished my first delivery.

Perfect tea and teapot
I searched out the glass teapot (used in a cafe) and found The Proper Tea Co at a great price.
Then added tea to the order and the Earl Grey is the best I’ve ever had.
