Fantastic results & overall experience
My overall experience with Dr Mark Lloyd & the private clinic was nothing short of amazing. I waited a long time before deciding to have my otoplasty, but now it’s done I can finally wear my hair up (not such a big thing unless you’ve waited 30+ years to do it confidently) - I feel great.

Very pleased - would highly recommend!
Was looked after from my initial zoom consultation (as this was during covid) right through to being discharged. The level of care and compassion is second to none and all members of staff are very knowledgeable and caring. Melissa has been an angel throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend my surgeon Mr Richards highly enough. The after care has also been very good. I get a free annual check with Mr Richards every year.

Fantastic care and an amazing outcome! (Bilateral earlobe repair)
I am quite a nervous patient so not a natural candidate for elective or what some might consider cosmetic surgery, however Mr Lloyd put me at ease from the very first appointment with his clam and reassuring manner
On the day of the procedure (a bilateral ear repair) I was very well looked after by the entire team, nothing was too much trouble; from holding my hand in theatre to providing a much-needed cup of coffee once it was over.
The procedure itself, once local anaesthetic was applied, was genuinely painless. Yes, you obviously “feel” the sensation of someone touching your ears but absolutely no pain or discomfort at all.
The after care is excellent; a phone call the following day to make sure that I was well, a follow up appointment with the nurse a week later to check on the healing and a final appointment with Mr Lloyd a month after the procedure.
My ears have healed perfectly, the scaring is genuinely invisible and I can’t wait to get them pierced again (professionally this time), once it is safe to do so.
I would happily recommend Mr Lloyd and his team, and if I were in need in the future, he would be the first person I would call.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have received treatment for my ongoing varicoses veins problem. I have received sclerotherapy Injections that have been performed by Mr Duncan Parry. Mr Duncan Parry is one of the best vascular surgeon I have ever met. Also, many thanks to nurse and lovely lady at the reception desk! I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Bilateral Otoplasty
I had bilateral otoplasty performed by Ms Sameena Hassan under local anaesthetic. The whole procedure was great from start to finish and both Ms Hassan and the nurses/HCA’s were fabulous. I was extremely anxious initially but Ms Hassan was very sympathetic and made the whole experience easy. She talked me through everything she was doing and just made me feel so comfortable. The operating and recovery room was spotless. The nurses and HCA provided me with tea and biscuits both before and after my procedure, and sat chatting to me which made me feel at ease.
I’m over the moon with my results and finally feel confident to wear my hair up! Would definitely recommend The Private Clinic and Ms Hassan.

Excellent result, relatively little pain, great facilities
Very pleased with the results of bunion removal - my foot has returned to normal six weeks after surgery. Being able to walk out of the hospital without crutches on day of procedure was a major benefit. Needed pain-killers only for first week, after which pain diminished and was tolerable. Detailed information provided by the clinic gave a very clear idea of what to expect pre- and post-surgery. Surgical incisions were so small I couldn't find them on bandage change at four weeks. The extra stability in walking with big toe in a normal position is particularly noticeable on bare floors. Facilities and staff at the Private Clinic have been excellent throughout.

Bunion surgery was a breeze
I had bunion surgery with the team of Andrea Bianchi at the Clinic last April. Everyone was very welcoming from the very first contact I made. The procedure was amazing and I was able to carry on with my normal life and working routine. Any questions I had were dealt with quickly and professionally. I didn’t know how easy an FUE was!
Amazing! I’ve just had an FUE hair transplant procedure with Dr Mouzakis and it was incredible. The process was completely pain free during, and now after the procedure. It blew me away and I wish I had had the transplant done years ago!! Great care given at all times by Dr Mousakis and also Umar and Monica, before during and after this procedure. I couldn’t recommend this procedure highly enough.

I cannot thank Mel and the team enough. They make you feel incredibly welcome, the customer service aspect is exceptional. I needed to make a few different appointments for my treatment and every single time I was greeted by extremely friendly, helpful, informative colleagues. My treatment in Northampton was with Mel and I was extremely satisfied. Everything was explained in detail and I was made to feel very comfortable. Great Vaser Lipo Experience
I first saw Dr Mouzakis in March to deal with some stubborn areas of what was most likely lipodema fat, which had become more problematic when trying to walk because of the pain it gave me. He advised on what I could and which types of surgery would be best, how much they could take and what the process was for both my safety and satisfactory result. Four weeks later I had my first Vaser Lipo on my legs. I was so impressed with the turnaround that 3 months later I also had Vaser Lipo on my arms. Dr Mouzakis and his medical co-ordinator Kerry were friendly, with the utmost respectful bedside manner, kept me up-to-date and safe. The surgery went terrifically and everyone at The Private Clinic of Harley Street are very wonderful. If I need to go back for any reason, I absolutely would.

Amazing experience

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
I would avoid using this clinic... they are a total scam and make their patients write reviews prior to the treatment being completed.
I attended this clinic over a year ago for varicose vein surgery with Dr Rittoo and was sold a package that was very much opposite to my actual results. When I voiced my concerns I was assured to be patient and just give it time. There is NO aftercare here and I've been left badly bruised and marked, with veins still in sight. It actually looks worse than it did before the treatment. Sadly, I know others that have gone elsewhere and had great results, I really regret using this clinic. I advise to avoid- it's just a waste of money.
