Used to get rewards regularly until I…
Used to get rewards regularly until I had a moderate win and cashed out.
Upon cashing out, it left my lifetime balance in the positive of approx £150.
This was almost two months ago, since then, the RTP is near 0 & the rewards are completely Non-existent.
I messaged to ask why this was and if I had been "gubbed/blocked" from promotions, and was told no, you're account is fine.
So what happened?
Gut feeling is the system doesn't like players in positive credit and automatically reduces returns and rewards based on this.
Only thing I will say in their defence is that they do pay withdrawals without issue.
I promise this is a fair and accurate opinion.

Thank you for your feedback! Your experience of not receiving rewards and seeing a low RTP after a win is understandably frustrating. However, RTP is a long-term average calculated over millions of spins and thousands of players. It does not guarantee a specific return over a short period or for individual players, so it’s normal to experience periods where your returns are much lower (or higher) than the stated RTP. I can absolutely confirm your account has not been blocked from winning or have your returns or rewards been reduced at anytime due to your account having a positive credit. The RTP percentage for each game is available in the game’s information section, and it’s designed to be a guide to long-term performance, not a guarantee for short-term play.

Awful, spent 40 quid and barely won anything even with my free spins might be just no luck... Was looking forward to coming back to it but maybe not.
